Beautiful condo, lots of space, easy access to pools and beach, great views!!

This condo had everything we needed and was super nice and updated. The location was great as well. Owner was quick to reply with answers to any questions. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful and spacious first floor condo with access to the pool deck just off the patio. Steps to the beach. Owner is fantastic regarding communication and handled some concerns we had immediately. We would definitely return and appreciate all that she did to return items left behind.

We can't say enough great things about our experience this past week! Our family all came down, which included 8 adults and 2 children (3 and under). With all these people in one condo we did not feel crammed at all! We all had our own space and plenty of room to move around, even when making lunch or dinner in the kitchen and eating all together! The condo is beautiful and well maintained! I was in contact with Ginny (the owner) through out the week and she was so incredibly quick to respond and helped with any of our needs. For example the toilet seat was broken and she contacted the maintenance guy and it was fixed within 24 hours. There is staff there at the condo throughout the day maintaining the pool and keeping everything cleaned up at all times! The zero entry pool was the best for the kids and they had so much fun! Being on the first floor with a walk out to the pool made it great for convenience, but we also felt safe for the kids to be outside of the condo on the little porch because of the nice locked gate. We have gone down to Fort Walton/ Destin area for many years and stayed at various condos. This has been hands down the best place we have ever stayed! We will absolutely be returning next year! If you want a perfect condo for your whole family or your friends, THIS IS IT!

Property was exactly as it appears on line. The ground level access to the pool from condo was perfect for our family. The kids had a great time as well as the adults. King beds in 3 of the bedroom and the bunk queens were great! Property was clean and had ample of cookware and supplies to stay in if you chose to.

Pictures do not do this condo justice. We had 10 people and never felt crowded. The place is clean and beautiful. 1st floor walk out to pool was super convenient and the beach was not crowded at all, even though it was peak season. Close proximity to lots of good restaurants and entertainment. Would love to book this condo again!

This is our 3rd year at Blu and our second in 106. We found The Blu in 2019 when they opened and fell in love with the location and amenities. It has become our permenant yearly Family vacation location. I have traveled to many beach locations in the US and Abroad and the Emerald Coast is by far the prettiest area of the Contenental US. The Blu and 106 are the cherry on top. New construction, beautiful understated decor, amazing views and amenities make this the absolute best of the best.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit in 2021 we booked it again for 2022! Great place for a family to hangout and the location is out of the crowds but close to get to restaurants and other things to do!

We enjoyed our first vacation to the gulf, and our grandson’s first beach trip. The condo was perfect for our family and we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. We have already rented the unit for a return trip next year, that’s how much we liked it!

Appreciate the ability to walk right out to the pool

What a wonderful property. Everything was very easy. From check in to check out and everything in between. We will for sure plan to be back. Easy access to pool and beach. Very kid friendly!

We have been all over the world and stayed in some amazing places. This was as good as any other experience we have ever had. Our family of five enjoyed every minute of our stay. We loved the chill area of Okaloosa and the proximity to everything Destin. During our week stay we spent hours at the beach every sunny day, went golfing in Sandestin 3 times, spent half a day in Seaside, shopped at Destin Commons, enjoyed Harbortown fun, ate at Stewbys (amazing fish and shrimp tacos), Bochamps (get The Original), saw Batman movie at the IMAX theatre, Al’s Crab Trap (best coconut shrimp), the Airstream food huts and frozen bananas at Nigel’s banana at Seaside, had dessert at rolled ice cream shop, breakfast at Cracking (outrageously good breakfast), rode the 7D ride and so much more. McGuires is sooooo much fun and good food. We went 3 times! The condo has all you need. The views, sounds and location are perfect. Parking is great. Beach access is phenomenal. Included 2 beach loungers and an umbrella, plus they had beach chairs and beach fun stuff at the condo. Everything is well appointed. Pools were great, one heated and one not. The hot tub was fantastic. Safe and secure, comfy and modern, perfection!

High end, fabulous condo with lots of space. Happy that we could see the Gulf over the dunes from the 1st floor. So good to be on the 1st floor coming back from the nicely heated hot tub and pool. No struggle to access our unit in the chilly weather. Since I am a lo-tech grandma I had not received the access codes for our initial entry into the parking lot or condo. Totally my fault.

The rental process was easy.

Best property you can find, located right on the beach, steps from the pool, hot tub and grill, yet with you own private patio. So much room for everyone. Everything is brand new and so clean. Ginny is very nice, responds to your messages immediately. We absolutely loved the place and will come back!

We loved it all, the pool was amazing when we needed a break from the beach. The first floor entry made access to and from the pool a breeze, no elevator rides needed. Ginny was quick to get a fix for the air conditioner when it broke and the pier at Okaloosa provided entertainment throughout the week. Exactly what our family needed!

This was our second time staying at The Blu in FWB. After travelling the coast of Florida in countless locations we fell in love with the Destin beach and clear emerald water as well as with the Blu. I will outline reasons that this condo is beyond top notch but firstly to review Unit 106. This unit is extremely clean and well maintained. We have spend more nights then I can count in Vrbo's and my 2 biggest complains are always cleanliness and how well the unit it stocked. Both of these were a pleasant breath of fresh air in this unit. It was spotless and very well maintained we cooked the majority of our meals and had no trouble finding everything we needed to prepare and serve 8 people. The décor is nothing short of luxury. Many units we have stayed in are so over decorated you feel as if the walls are closing in. Less is so much more when it comes to rentals and the owners are well in tuned to this concept. Ginny was our contact and very responsive and kind. I would give Blu 106 10 stars if possible! We cannot wait to plan our next visit!! Review of Blu: Small 40-50ish unit condo. This is not a party location. The pool and deck shut down at 10. Pools were never over crowded Grounds are impeccably maintained Close proximity to the beach Beach service provided with unit or available for the week to purchase sand is like powder and absolutely beautiful 5 min drive to local restaurants and attractions Check out Wild Willys and the Gulf Aquarium for Fun Check out Al's Burgers for the Luau on Thursday nights!

We so enjoyed our stay! We had our whole family stay with us and it could not have been better!! It was so nice with the little ones to be on the ground floor and be right at the pool! Such easy access to the beach! So close to the grills and everyone we met was so nice! We will definitely be back! By far the nicest condo we have ever stayed in!!! If I could give it 20 stars I would ! You will not be disappointed!! Go ahead and book it now !!

The Blu106 was the perfect place for our family vacation! The condo was beautiful! The walk-out to the pool was perfect for the grandkids. Easy access to the beach was also spot on! The place had great appeal with the quartz countertops to the spacious common areas. Take your family and stay here - you won't regret it!!
