Beautiful premises, and our room had a great view overlooking the pool (sadly that also meant we were right above quite loud salsa music that went on until late, perhaps because it was a Saturday, but the hotel wasn't as quiet as we expected. I honestly love salsa music—just not past 11 PM when I'm trying to sleep). The staff was very friendly, and the location was great too: close to the centre of Santa Fe yet in a more quiet area. The room was very clean.

Our room was very loud. In addition to the above stated loud music, there were very loud noises around 2 AM that sounded like someone was moving the tiles on the roof right above us and that made it very hard to sleep. Our bathroom had no hot water at all, which meant we could only take (unpleasantly) cold showers. We arrived at breakfast at 08:20 and weren't served until 09:10. If breakfast is between 08:00 and 10:00—why did it take so long to serve people? And why did it take so long to serve what's little more than a fruit bowl and arepas with eggs? (Other guests were waiting for a long time too). Overall we thought the room was rather overpriced. We paid 280 000 COP (±60+ EUR) for the room and expected something better for that money. To be fair, the hotel was still lovely, but just not worth the stated price.

A little bit off the city centre, nice pool area with bar, excellent restaurant visited by many locals, polite staff

At checkout at 06:30 a m the entire hotel was unmanned and all gates and front door was locked. Had to jump the fence to neighbouring compound and jump their fence to reach the road. You better change your routines, you knew we were going to leave early.
