Encaramado en lo alto de una ladera orientada al oeste, nuestra casa unifamiliar de la unidad final, recientemente renovada, ofrece vistas espectaculares de la montaña Loon. Our family of 5 outgrew our previous condo rental in the Loon area as our children are now all teenagers. This place was a perfect larger space for our family to enjoy as home base while hiking in the White Mountains. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The only issue we had was the address was slightly different than what was on the agreement due to some Loon property number changes. Host responded immediately upon our message for help and we were at the right spot in no time.
We will definitely look to rent this again our next trip!

We had a great stay at this condo! Jeff made sure we had all of the information we needed prior to arrival. Everything was exactly as pictured and very clean. We loved sitting out on the decks with the beautiful view overlooking Loon. We also appreciated the AC units, the washer/dryer, access to the pools, and the well-stocked kitchen. The unit was very quiet. It was convenient to Lincoln and a great jumping-off point for activities around the White Mountains.

My husband and I stayed at this property with our two older children (23 and 17). It was the perfect space for us! The views were nice and we all had a little privacy. It was central to the area attractions and hikes. We would highly recommend it and hope to stay here again in the future.

We stayed at this property several years ago. We loved it then and now! Perfectly laid out and had everything we needed for the nights we ate in, and plenty of room around the table for family game night. The unit was very well stocked and clean, and check-in was a breeze. The kids always love having their own space in the loft, and the adults easily spread out between the main and lower levels. Plus, the location and views from the large deck were great!

The property is beautiful! It has a great view, an excellent air conditioning system, multiple decks, and is in a quiet area. I love it up there! The owners are easy to work with and are very nice people who keep the unit in top-notch condition. It’s our 3rd year going there and I plan to go there again in the future. This is our go to place in Lincoln and our most anticipated vacation of the year.

We had a wonderful week exploring and enjoying the outdoors. We went to Santa’s village and story-land( about an hour drive) and enjoyed the nature trails. It was a great place to stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The location is perfect and the condo was spotless. The views of the mountain are stunning and the shuttle to Loon stops right outside their unit. Everything was very well organized. Don't hesitate to book this place, its awesome! We look forward to returning next year!

We had an amazing weekend at Jeff & Dorie's townhouse in mid-February. The home has everything you could need for a comfortable weekend away at Loon. This is our second stay here and we for sure hope to be back. The view is absolutely stunning of Loon from North Peak all the way across to the valley toward South Peak. We have stayed in a few other locations in Loon Village and this is by far our favorite view of the mountain. Thanks again Jeff & Dorie!

We went up to the mountains for my cousins wedding and we had such a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful and so emmaculate. Everything was well put together. We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful place! The owners have thought of everything and the location can’t be beat! The view is spectacular and you feel like you are on a retreat, but it is just a 5 minute ride to Loon mountain and all the great places to eat and drink downtown. The communication from the host was excellent, and we can’t say enough about it. We definitely want to stay here again soon! 👍

Spacious, handsomely furnished property with attention to detail. Kitchen was well equipped. Deck with grill provided optional dining and lounging space...a great place to hang out. Sliding door to deck flooded the main living space with plenty of fresh mountain air. The reading materials are a bonus especially if you plan to hike Mt. Washington. Excellent overall experience.

Our family enjoyed this lovely town home at Loon mountain. We took full advantage of the resort’s pools and the White mountains of New Hampshire and it’s attractions. The townhouse is clean and well-stocked with all we could desire. Jeff was available and assessable (we didn’t need anything) because everything was communicated well I advanced of our stay. The mattresses were above average, when combined with the mountain-air equals good nights sleep. We will return to this peaceful paradise again.

Lovely. Amazing views. Great location. The condo/townhouse fit our needs perfectly. Jeff and Dorie responded to our questions quickly. We loved the bottom deck attached to the master bedroom, very peaceful and views beautiful, and we were able to pick blueberries for morning pancakes!! Highly recommend this home for others. This is our second time up here spending a week as we did so last year as well. We love this condo! It is very well-maintained, wonderfully sized, but still retains that mountain feeling. It’s right near all the amenities Mountain wise and food wise. The neighbors are wonderful and there are plenty of hummingbirds in the summer. The owners are very easy to communicate with and thorough in their preparation for your stay. We will be back for a third time for sure.

We absolutely loved this property! Very spacious and clean located right across the street from Loon. This was one of the nicest units we stayed in Loon Village. Loon is visible from the deck and a short walk to the pools and tennis club. Very convenient spot to access the White mountains and we enjoyed a few hikes at Franconia notch. Water park right around the corner for the kids too. Jeff is an amazing host and the home was very comfortable. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time staying in here during a February ski vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to cook. The location was perfect for skiing at Loon Mountain and only 5 minutes from downtown Lincoln. Jeff was helpful and communicative and a perfect host. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our family’s 2nd experience renting this property and all 5 of us agree it is a very cozy and homey rental. All the beds are comfortable and the condo is very well equipped and clean. Jeff and Dorie’s townhome was a great respite after a long day of enjoying the astoundingly colorful Kancamagus Hwy. Clean, comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen, my family of four was able to spread out, relax and enjoy a beautiful view of the White Mountains. I can only imagine how fun it would be after a long day of skiing, to enjoy watching all the activities on the mountain while enjoying cocoa and a fire. Jeff was super helpful with getting us to the place when we got ourselves a little turned around. Our whole experience was a positive-thanks Jeff and Dorie!

Great views from deck and rooms. Enjoyed going for walks through complex and using other amenities. Heat pumps kept unit comfortable which I think is a must have for this type of unit.
