No shower gel in the bathroom

nice location. there are lots of restaurants and bars near by and a shopping mall is at walking distance. everything was overpriced though

traveling with my partner and a 1 year old who only wants to crawl everywhere, I obviously chose a hotel with a spacious room, according to the pictures of that room. disappointing surprise was to find a tiny room with no space whatsoever. I also arranged a baby bed, who was not in the room once we arrived and for which I had to pay, while in other hotels has been always for free

Friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, location (close to shops, restaurants etc.) Value for money is great. Pleasant overall experience!

Public parking can be tricky, haven't been in Europe for a while, and the change of parking regulations can make it confusing in some places. Since Genk promotes alternative transportation into the city, it is a task to find public parking for a reasonable price.

The comfort of the room, the cleanliness and the location of the hotel.

Room service. I was traveling on business. I had a lot of photographic and computer equipment with me and I did not want anyone to enter the room. Upon arrival at the hotel, I noticed there was no "Do not disturb" pendant. I wrote an email to the hotel so that no one would clean my room. Unfortunately, returning to the hotel in the evenings, I noticed that every day someone was in the room. One day I came back and my room was open. In a sense, the door was wide open and the light was on. I was in shock! Anyone who passed the corridor could go inside and take anything. I travel around the world a lot and it has NEVER happened to me like this! I called the service. The employee was surprised. I asked to report it to management and expected the hotel do somehow and try to fix what had happened. Unfortunately, despite my suggestions, nothing like this happened. Fortunately, nothing from the room was lost in this misfortune....

The location was good, everything was easily accessible by foot- from the train station to near by cafes and restaurants.

The staff were nowhere to be found! When I checked in I wasn’t able to pay the city tax as the card machine was turned off, and was asked to come back. For the 3 nights/4 days I was there I tried to pay, going to an empty, locked reception and ringing the bell as requested but no one ever answered. Even on the last day when I checked out a cleaner had no idea where the reception staff were and couldn’t help me pay what I owed. Thank goodness it wasn’t an emergency. There was a bad smell in the corridor of the floor I was on.

Great location close to train station and market square. Cool bar linked with the hotel. Comfy pillows.

Lovely on the outside, far from ideal inside. Heavily underinvested and understaffed property with rooms and corridors marked by lack of renovation in a while.

The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. The hotel is close to stores and restaurants in walking distance and there is street parking so everything was so easy. I really enjoyed my stay there. I will be coming back someday for sure!

The room was spacious enough and comfortable. There was a water cooker and enough hangers to hang our clothes. The bathroom was clean and the basic amenities were available. The people we interacted with were very kind and helpful.

The bathroom door was hard to close as there wasn't a door handle. The tourism tax wasn't included when booking, don't know if it's possible to include this directly. For €12/p.p. the breakfast could have had a bit more variety in terms of food & beverages.
