Exceptional service, friendly atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble, really clean and comfortable.

Location was excellent, staff were incredibly helpful and took the time to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was lovely, regularly replenished at busy times. Secure rear parking.

The lighting was awful.decor was dingy and dark ( why are the ceilings painted brown)
Location was central, but slightly out of season there wasn't much going on..

Great central location. We were concerned that it might be noisy but it was not. The staff were superb, friendly, helpful and informative.

Extremely kind, friendly and helpful staff. Great location and fabulous breakfast.
The pink rooms might not be for everyone but don’t let that put you off, beds were super comfy and we had all that we could possibly need in the very centre of town.

Comfortable bed, excellent location.
The extractor fan in the bathroom hasnt been cleaned for a long time, there was about 1/2" of dust all over it. Poor selection at breakfast (miniature croissants?)
