The staff were amazing, the most lovely and helpful young lady at reception, she gave us a great welcome in so many ways. The lady in the kitchen was lovely too.
Our room was small which was advertised so had no problem with that, the bed was small too however it was very comfortable. Unfortunately it was expensive however we were visiting when Dublin was extremely busy!!

Cleanliness, room is spacious, staff is super helpful. Even though it is not in the city center, it is very convenient to travel by bus to all the tourist spots. It takes only 10 to 15 minutes to these places. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Moreover, the airport coach number 700 takes you right in front of the hotel and it costs you only 10 euro/person. Tesco Express is available nearby as well.
Since it is not in the city center, there are few choices of restaurants and pubs nearby.
The property is near to the road so it may be a bit noisy sometimes.
No lift so if you come with big luggage (like me), you may need to request for the room at the same level floor.

Gute Anbindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr, Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, freundliches Personal. In unmittelbarer Nähe war ein schöner Park (Herbert Park). Das hotel befindet sich in einer gehobenen Wohngegend
Lage an einer Kreuzung mit Ampel, dadurch ging der lärmpegel hoch. Bad ist funktionell aber superklein. Keine Möglichkeit irgendwas abzustellen geschweige denn sich groß zu bewegen.

I liked that you are given your own key to the front door so you can come and go as you please even if the staff isn't there.
It's a lovely hotel a little far out from the city HOWEVER it is on a great bus route and a lovely walk to the city if the weather's OK.

The staff was very kind and helpful and the neighborhood is nice, elegant and quiet - good location to have a rest after the buzz of the city centre. Breakfast was also good.
The entire building is a bit old and not as elegant as you would expect by the price and the pictures. Bathroom was very basic and not so comfortable to use (no hangers, sockets etc.). I think it's overpriced for that quality as it was a bit shabby. Cleanness was okay by the way.

Friendly and extremely helpful staff, nice spacious, clean & comfortable rooms. Easy access to the city centre via bus. Close to Herbert Park and a nice green grocer.
Our room was quite warm from the sunny weather during our stay and the fan couldn’t always cool the room down enough.

clean and comfortable, the location was easy to get to, a bit of a walk from town but a it was a lovely walk for us. liked that they had maps on site and staff were helpful when needed.

The staff were very helpful, especially with setting up a taxi for our last day. Breakfast was great and filling, the room was comfortable and clean. It was great we were able to check in early after a long flight. Although it’s not that close to city centre it’s nice that there are multiple bus stops close by.

The room was tiny, I've an ensuite in my house that's bigger, otherwise it was fine, considering the cost of hotels in this area.

The location is in a nice suburb with good access to buses if you want them, though note it is not right downtown. It's a quality building too, and the rooms are clean and cosy. The full Irish breakfast is good enough.
The car park is very small (but at least there is that facility as on-street parking is restricted most days). I would mention the price, but as Dublin is not a cheap city, even that wasn't that bad relatively.

Very comfortable stay. Warm and cozy. Nice and private rooms. Very accommodating in relation to parking, as the entrance to the car park scrapes the bottom of my car so needed alternative parking which was accommodated.
The room I was in was facing the street & it was noisy. There was a party going on next door, this was noisy for a number of hours. However this was unavoidable for the property.

property was very quiet. there was not any loud traffic. staff at reception and breakfast in the morning were lovely. bathroom was gorgeous it had a beautiful stone wall and a large shower. the free parking was nice but very small and could only fit maybe 6 to 8 cars.
the room was extremely warm. i couldn’t turn down the heating but i was able to open the window and they had a table fan i used too.
my bedroom door locked with a standard key instead of the more popular key cards. as a solo female travelling, i would have felt a bit safer with a more secure lock.

The single room for 100 euros, sorry but its not fair guys. After moving to the double bed room things were better.
