bed was comfy, room was clean and tidy, bathroom was new and shower was very good (as long as you don’t like cold, which I don’t)

the receptionist on duty when checking in was quite rude, and annoying, but he done the job I guess (beware photocopies of passports and credit cards are required when checking in), the ‘terrace/balcony was horrible, Tiny, and seat and whole floor area covered in bird poo, with the birds sitting above… breakfast was a joke, was barely anything to eat, not even an egg or any meats, or anything hot, just some cereal and yogurt, and bread, 1 small cup of cheap orange juice. if you don’t require a balcony or breakfast, the place is very good…

Fantastic location, so many facilities, shops, restaurants all around. Just a parallel road from the very famous avenue. Clean hotel, helpful staff

Really small lift, and the budget rooms is really uncomfortable so we switched to a bigger room.

For the price i paid and being a 3 star i really thought the rooms and facilities would be much better. This hotel is a 1 or maximum 2 star. Dont expect more.

I had someone come into my room in the middle of the night as the night manager gave the incorrect details to another person’s room card. That made me feel very uncomfortable.

I paid for a big room with terrace and the room was small and the terrace tiny. The terrace was looking towards an alleyway where it smelled fried oil every night amd there were 10 a/c units constantly working . So it was impossible to open the terrace door as it was too noisy and the smell was horrible. So I had to stay woth the a/c on amd the door closed for two days as they couldn’t give me a decent room.

Marie at reception is very hospitable, professional and friendly. She made my friend and I feel welcome and made gave us recommendations of restaurants at the hotel’s doorstep to go to, Can’t thank her enough. Thanks also to Serge at reception for his kindness.

There was a little bit of noise on the Sat in the street but to be expected given the ideal (central) location of the hotel. Nothing the hotel could do. Cannes is bursting with life in the summer.

Hotel is awful! The room smells on food, there is no fridge. Towels were dirty and have holes in it! Air conditioning was really slow. No service, no wifi nothing. The floor was dirty! TV was 15 years old. There no space for clothes

In terms of location the hotel is very convenient, the staff was also friendly.

Would not rate as a 3 star hotel. 2 at best. The rooms were quite small, it was noisy and there was no aeration in the bathroom. The room smelt moist as a result of not being able to air the bathroom. The elevator is very small and not super convenient if you are on the higher floors.
