lack of elevator

Stay exceeded what I expected to receive. It is much more than 3 stars hotel. Food was excellent. You could choose from variety of dishes. Some of them expensive ones, which normally you dont get in HB board in other hotels. Suite was clean, properly equipted with comfortable bed matres. No problem to park the car. Close to beautiful Beach. I really enjoyed my holiday. 10 out of 10 well deserved.

The communication and approach of the hotel staffs. Once in the morning we had a debate with a staff by the pool. The pool area was opened earlier than 9AM, and some guest still entered. We only placed our towel to chairs, and go back to drink some coffee. One staff or manager of the cleaning staff forced to get out everybody from the pool area (at 8:50 AM), picked up our towels and dropped on the table by the bar area. I tried to speak with her, but she wasn't ready to help, or solve this problem with patience... Thereafter I tried to speak with another staff by the reception, but the result was the same...

in general everything is good, perfect sea view food in the restaurant is very tasty!

Close to the beach,and the pool is good.

Thes sea wiev is not perfect from some of the suites, because Hotel Zorna is partly in front. Bathroom is pretty old fashioned.

The hotel is so close to the beach, what is great. Prices are good, reachable. There are a lot of parking place close to the entrance. There is an excellent view about the see.

Rooms are small. The receptionist are not speaking well in English. Foods are untastefull. Canteen is small for this huge number of people. There are a lot of jerks within guests (it is not the failure of the hotel).

honestly absolutely nothing..

The beach was absolute trash, you either sit in dirt or pay for a sun lounger, besides that it's just big gigantic rocks makes it hard to access, very overcrowded since at least 3 hotels use that beach, same goes for parking space, you pay for it yet good luck finding a spot since also at least 3 hotels use a parking lot that isn't big enough for one hotel, the food was mediocre and the dining hall was also very overcrowded, the room was awful, you had to step over the toilet to get to the shower, the ac barely worked and everything was very old and very much in need of a renovation, the pool is in real 3 times smaller than it looks on the pictures also overcrowded if you are not there by 8am good luck even getting a place to sit.. all in all absolutely not worth the money

The staff was great, room was clean, the food was really great, is't near the sea and they have their own pool. Free drinks at breakfast and dinner and we they give us snack time beacuse we didn't have lunch. Just sad that we couldn't stay longer.

bathroom needs some renoval (although it was clean). access to economy room is only by stairs. Beach is very close but it's additional stairs to walk up and down.

Nice location next to the beach, very friendly stuff, excellent value for money. Breakfast and dinner were included in price; both meals offer a great variety of differend food items, also a lot of vegetarian options. You can park your car in a hotel parking place for 1 € per day, which is more than acceptable price. There is also a small but nice hotel pool, which you can use without any additional fee.

Bathroom was not ok, there was a disgusting smell in it.

Location is great- near the sea in the nature. Meals include variety of food so you can easily find something for yourslelf. They also prepare a snack at lunch time free of charge.
