The room was not made up when I got there! Place was dirty!

Hotel near to the airport. Easy to use transportation near the hotel/

the toilet is extremally small and no windows, but for the price its okay.

Perfect location to the airport.

Pillows were awful, the vending machine ran out of water and we don't drink anything with sugar, they had no coke zero.

Cheap tram outside the door. Safe coming back at nighr on your own. Would book it again staff polite

room is located close to the train station and airport and beach which helps a lot a very good restaurant available on the street behind the hotel is helpful

Even though the room is supposed to be a non smoking room it overwhelmingly stank of cigarettes and fruity vape. I had to put on a mask in order to be able to fall asleep. Opening the window didn't make any difference. The smell was everywhere.

Location was great, the staff is useful and nice, good value for the money you pay

it was quite small but we expected it to be like that and we couldn’t open the window, though the night we didn’t get any air

The personal was friendly and helpful. They respected my wish to have a quiet room - I was placed to a room with courtyard. My pet was welcomed and accepted, which I really appreciate. The hotel was connected with tram to the centre.

Cleanness is way to improve. When I moved my blanket and smelled vomit smell between mattress. The room had constant cigarette stink, including the corridor (I don't smoke, so I feel it extra well). Didn't want to touch TV remote, I'm so sure that they never clean it. I wish they would have kettle-s in the room, so you could make simple hot water.

The stay was exceptionally bad... The staff was smoking in our room prior to check in.. the room was smelling of cigarettes... There were no towels, toilet paper etc provided... The staff is unwelcoming
