Bett war kaputt, wir mussten die latten irgendwie aufs rost legen. Matratzen sehr alt eingelegen und dünn. Einrichtung sehr alt und alles hat sehr muffig gerochen, Duschvorhang kam von der Decke.

Es war gemütlich, man hatte halt sein eigenes Zimmer was klein und geräumig war + man konnte draußen viele Sachen sehen da vieles in der Nähe war.

Das Zimmer war sehr heiß, draußen war es von der Temperatur besser als drinne, selbst mit Fenster ganze Zeit offen ging die Hitze nicht aus dem Zimmer raus. Außerdem war es sehr laut draußen aber da kann das Hotel ja nichts für, war nur nachts etwas blöd da man das Fenster aufhaben musste wegen der Hitze aber man es zu machen wollte weil es draußen nachts sehr sehr laut war.

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, gut zum stoppen gehen, große Zimmer und recht neues Bald. Alles nötige da. Altes aber sehr interessantes Hotel.

Recht alt und verbraucht, eine Matratze durchgelegen. Sehr schlechter TV Empfang. Möbel und Teppich könnten mal eine Spezial Reinigung vertragen.

Super Lage, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig

Das Frühstück war klasse, gute Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind etwas Renovierungsbedürftig, aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Soll aber im Jahr 2024 passieren. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels war richtig gut. Man konnte sofort alles zu Fuß erreichen. Also Ku’damm, U-Bahn, Bus, Bahnhof.

Das man klassisch einen Schlüssel bekommen hat statt eine Karte für die Zimmertür. Es gab keinen Save oder Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer.

Das sehr freundliche Personal. Die Zimmer waren schön groß. Die Hotelzimmer war insgesamt sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren in dem einen Zimmer sehr bequem Ein Zimmer war mit "richtiger " Dusche.

Für eines unserer Zimmer: Eine Glasschiebetür zum Bad direktnebendemBett. Tür ist zwar matt, aber Licht lässt sie ja durch. Nicht gut wenn nachts jemand zur Toilette muss. Das Bad war sehr klein und es gab nur eine Stange für die Badelaken, keine Handtuchhaken und nur ein Miniregal als Ablage. Dusche ist gleichzeitig Badewanne. Dadurch nicht für jemanden geeignet der nicht gut auf den Beinen ist. Ablage im Zimmer war sehr wenig im Verhältnis zur Zimmergröße. Teilweise etwas desolater Zustand. Tür quietscht, Ventilator im Bad funktioniert nicht, Toilettenspülung funktioniert nicht einwandfrei. Frühstück war ausreichend, aber Preis-Leistung unverhältnismäßig.

Total verwohnt, schmutzig, veraltet selbst die Metallfedern im Bett sind zu spüren überall Staub verdreckter Teppich alles eine Katastrophe. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit für so einen Preis.

The location is very convenient, the room is clean and tidy. Timely replacement of bed linen and towels. I liked everything, no comments. Recommend to visit

The location of the hotel is amazing, everything was super close-by, which was my main requirement for my trip. While the breakfast didn't have a big selection, the food available was good. The room I stayed in was visibly run down, especially the carpeted flooring, but it was much cleaner than I ever expected (except the minibar, had to wipe it clean). I had a room that was facing a courtyard, so it was a nicely quiet room away from traffic noises.

The bed I had in my room had one spring you could feel was poking out more than it should've been. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was less than trustworthy, more often had to rely on cellular data to use the Internet or go to the lounge where it was more stable than in the room. The room didn't have air conditioning, which wasn't too bad, because I could open the window, but the minibar let out heat just above the desk, which might've contributed to the heat in the room. Regarding luggage, it was also a tad uncomfortable to haul them around due to the reception as well as the rooms being on a higher floor than the entrace, meaning you need to take them up a flight of stairs while entering and then carry them down while leaving (there is an elevator on the first floor so you don't need to carry your baggage up/down more than that).

It’s just next the street, super noisy at the night, however it’s difficult to sleep without opening the window at night in summer.

Had a room that gave to the inner court and it was very silent! Staff is really helpful and friendly! Room was spacecy. Nice comfortable bed.

Pretty run down - would need a major renovation. Dirty carpets and very old fashioned, rund down furniture. Shower tube leaked.

The mattres was damaged, The one who cleaned the room did not change the towels, there was no fridge in the room, no electric water boiler, The shower is too small...

Great brekky and staff were great

Stayed at this hotel several years ago. A bit worn out now. But still very impressive and perfectly located. So can say nothing bad about my experience this time.

The location is great and really close to the city transport. The breakfast was very nice as well. The room provided a desk and curtains that closed properly.

The bathroom wasn’t super clean but nothing too bad.

254 room was big and clean and good🙏🫂😇 location is the best staff also good working 24/7. Not good. In room there is no water boiler to make tea or coffee. Bottle water only for the first day🤔🙃

We have stayed at this hotel (formerly known as ‘Azumut hotel Kurfürstendamm’ ) many times over the years, because of: central location. accommodating staff. rooms on 3rd floor spacious and nice with mini fridge and good size bathroom.

we were initially given rooms on the first floor. The rooms were cold (even with the heat turned on all day) dark and bathrooms sub-standard. However the staff were nice and moved us to new room as soon as there was availability.

Staff was friendly and hotel in situated next to the Zoo, also the big train station is near, if you are coming or going to airport.

There are complicated way to find the right room, as there are 2 different building. Also the bedframe is metal and the beds are too short, in night I hurt my toes many times, even Im only 170 cm tall.

Very tasty breakfast and friendly staff.

1. It was dirty: searching for a lost property I found old chips lying on the floor. 2. It was very loud, every step outside the door you could hear like an elephant stomping. 3. Not convenient. Countless stairs made it very difficult with the stroller, kid and the luggage.

These people don't know how to communicate with each other. due to the fact that in the morning I was in a hurry to work, I left my jacket in the room, which I remembered after 20 minutes when I left, I immediately called, gave my name, the room number. I was told that there was no need to worry, I could pick up my jacket at any time. everything is simple and fabulous right? but no. When I arrived, I was defiantly shown the essence of the German mentality, either because of the harmful nature or because of the rules. when I explained the whole situation to the person who worked, he just shrugged his shoulders, wished me a good evening and said that he could not solve my problem. I insisted that I need my Jacket because I had my passport in my pocket. to which the man said that he did not have a certain key to the office. I explained again that I needed to pick up my passport, but he shrugged his shoulders again and walked me to the door saying that I could come in the morning when the office was open. I could not come because I work. The attitude towards people is terrible. because I'm not German? Or the person who works at the reception, who has the keys to all rooms and whose mediocre task is to give out the keys, did not have a key to the office? I don't believe it. if I knew the language, I would have called the police, because to pick up things and not give them away on principle, because this is not your task. it's just theft. especially the theft of time. you can never make up for your attitude with such things.I'll be back to pick up my jacket. I will never visit this place again.

The location was very convenient – we came on bikes from the Hbf and had tickets to Schaubühne for the same evening. Acom hotel was just in the middle.

The bed mattress was too soft.
