Great Location, Great breakfast, and Lunch and Dinner .... Your kitchen supplied really well structured meals, a littl on the High price side, but delicious. SPA zone in Hotel was great, however, our guests were perplexed at the Nude element of the environment.

Nothing to report..... other than the early closing of the restraunt, but at the same time, I understand this due to weather and client volumes eating. We just had to adapt to the timings

Je souhaite relever tout particulièrement la serviabilité et l'aimabilité du personnel, à tous les niveaux. Notre chambre n'avait pas de vue (pour cause de réservation tardive pour le nouvel-an) mais elle était spacieuse et le lit très confortable (et on est difficiles). Le Spa est très agréable avec deux zones de repos au 1er étage, avec une vue sur les montagnes. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux, digne d'un 5 étoiles. A noter enfin le sympathique Tea Time entre 16h et 17h, où sont mis à disposition petits fours et thé à côté de la cheminée.

Le seul (petit) bémol est l'isolation phonique de notre chambre, qui laissait un peu à désirer.

I’ve been here several times … and every time I’ve enjoyed a remarkable experience: Great Value for Money, perfect location with lovely staff, incl great shuttle service from-to parking and ski-lifts (Leo is the man that serves you with a smile and gives weather and slope advise). WIFI is great for a (video) bizz call in-between, Food is excellent, Rooms are very nice and wellness is superb!

Spacious room with a balcony. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice restaurant. Comfortable beds. Great sauna with with wellness facilities and great views to the outside.

The Sauna opens at 15:00, which is a bit late.

The rooms are well equipped, comfortable and the view from the balcony is great. Breakfast choice is very broad and did not miss anything that is needed for any type of traveler. The buffet was constantly renewed with fresh products. Staff was kind and helpful. The access to the pool and jacuzzi was a great additional feature.

The booking through booking.com was made for my family specifying the number and age of children. The room had no extra bed for children right away, it seemed that you had to do the request separately, which I think is not convenient. Additionally the pictures on the site and booking.com show two different rooms for the same "labeling" Deluxe Double Room South, one showing a table and the other showing a couch, which we thought was a sofa bed, like 99% of the rooms we booked when mentioning children. We did not ask the extra bed to not bother with this topic during our holidays. However, this did not affect our positive experience at any point, but just wanted to point this out in case of traveling with children.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast, very good diner. Taxi from/to parking and lifts is well arranged. Very nice accomodation. We liked the swimming pool and wellness.

Bathrooms are not according to 4-star standards. Pillows are not good (too flat) (but extra pillow was provided when asked)
