Friendliest staff I have met in a long time. Airconditioning was already turned on for me, nice touch!. Breakfast was good with fresh baked egg. Room was comfortable with nice recliner chair. Electric vehicle charger nearby.

Es waren die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die den Aufenthalt so nett machen, wie Kaffee oder Tee im Zimmer machen zu können. Und an alles was man immer erst vermißt wenn man es braucht (z.B. Nähset, eine Nagelfeile, etc) wurde gedacht und bereitgestellt.

Our room was perfect - spacious with comfortable beds and two lovely recliners ! The bathroom/ wet room was first class. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice and good service. The grounds were lovely and there was plenty of space for parking.

The owner is very helpful, friendly and very enthusiastic. It has been a long time since we experienced that kind of sincere enthusiasm towards guests. The breakfast is really good, there is a lot of vanriety and the quality is top notch. We were glad we treated ourselves and included breakfast. The room was very spacious and everything was there. The entire kitchen that was present in the room was a positive surprise. The beds were good. The garden is very well maintained and the water features that are there immediately give the feeling of rest after a long journey.
The private terrace with a view of the green garden from the room was very nice, a bonus The only downside was that some of the other guests didn't accept our privacy and were looking exensivly into the room. The solution was to simply close the translucent curtains, so that there was still light, but no view. for the evening there are blinding shutters. It was a pity it was necessary to close of the view. This was obviously not the hotel's fault and there is a solution available and it probably won't be like that another time withe different gast. Everything else was perfect, we would go back again.

The Junior Suite is a great apartment, spacious and has a very well equiped kitchen. It is actually only reachable by car, no sufficient public transport will go there. It is peaceful and quiet, we only stopped here to recharge after a month of traveling. Keep in mind that for all attractions/things to see/supermarkt you have to drive for at least 15 minutes. All the big cities are 1.5 hours away by car. Loved to stay here, would recommend.
In the junior suite the power went of multiple times, probably related to a faulty dishwasher.

It was the best hotel of our travels.

Amazing staff - extremely polite, cordial and helpful. Always with a smile and happy to extend the helping hand.
The rooms was extremely nice and spacious - we had booked the Deluxe Double Room along with breakfast.
The breakfast was an amazing assortment of freshly baked breads/croissants, along with fresh fruits, cheese, etc. We especially liked the scrambled eggs and the way it was presented.
Most recommended stay, if you’re visiting the area or want to make a quick stop on the Romantic Road.

We came to this hotel as we were searching for a place with air conditioning after a very hot day on the Romantic Road. We were welcomed by Ms. Engelhard who is extremely kind, friendly and helpful- she made us feel at home and this is something we appreciated a lot as there aren't many hotels that treat the client with so much attention and with a good word and smile all the time!
The hotel is very close to Nordlingen (5-10min drive) and the Romantic Strasse, right on the main road, with many parking spaces. The entire hotel is very nice, extremely well maintained, very very clean and built and decorated with lots of attention to every detail.
We had an apartment - very new and spacious; it has also a kitchen with all utilities needed; the apartment has air conditioning, a very big tv and audio system. The bed and the mattresses are very good and guarantee a comfortable sleep.
Breakfast is very very good, with lots of choice.
We enjoyed this hotel so much that we are planning to return and this is why we would recommend this place to any traveler who is interested in a high quality accommodation and touristic experience!
Everything is more than perfect! Absolutely nothing to complain about!
