Great location not far from highway in a little place near Regensburg right beside the nice lake. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for 4 of us. We would gladly come back next time we would travel up north.

There are no small bottles for hair or body shampoo, as well as other bathroom accessorize what is usually placed in the bathroom. There are no air condition in the room ...

Staff very nice, even when I had an issue, very professional
If the restaurant gets more than 5 single person covers, the single tables get ignored, concentration goes to the one off large tables not the repeat business

even the hotel appears on booking to have 4 stars , the booked room has maybe 3 stars ! an old room into a separate building with a small bathroom ; I have mentioned to have a nice view but they don’ t pay attention to my request!

It was really nice to have check-in option after the reception was closed. We had some unplanned delays on the road so I called the hotel to announce our late arrival and they set everything up so that when we arrived we could get our key and go to the room whenever we come. It was really reassuring (especially with pouring rain and a toddler in the car :) ).
I also really liked their breakfast! It was great!

We were 3 adults, a baby and a dog and stayed in the Lodge building. Very modern, clean and comfortable apartment. We left early at 5am and the staff were lovely to prepare for us a sandwich since we couldn't make it at breakfast. Everything was great and clean, also the hot water came immediately at the tap.

Our room was nice, the bathroom was clean, the bed was large and comfortable. Location is good, near the motorway, lovely area.
The lady at reception was not helpful at all. We did not get any information when we got there (where our room was, wifi, breakfast, menu) whatsoever. We were there with our two babies, and needed to keep going back to the reception to ask things as we’ve been told nothing. She had no smile at her face, no hello or good bye or anything. Not friendly at all.
Also, it was very annoying for us that there was nothing explained in English, not even an English menu at the restaurant.
