The room was nice, well-equipped, and the location is excellent. We stayed only one day after returning from a long hiking trip from the mountains to recover before taking a train back to Vienna.

We stayed during very hot days, and since the room does not have AC, it was quite hot inside too. Of course, this is not necessary the issue of the property, because it was extremely hot outside in the whole valley.

great breakfast, friendly staff, nice hotel area, sauna, good ski room

snow conditions (10°C during day, not freezing for many days). also it was not possible to go on skis to the appartment house - there was not enough snow. we had issue of some people scretching our car, which was parked on too small parking place at the hotel appartments. I recommend to have a fresh look onto parking places - rearrange somehow or allow parking there only to small cars like VW Golf etc. our Pegueot 5008 was not a good fit.

great accommodation, in the best location. The rooms are spacious, the common areas and the bathroom too. The apartment had everything we needed. A short walk to the ski slope, also to the bar and restaurant. Good sauna right in the building. Receptionist were nice at Hotel Die BArbara. We handled everything quickly, including the increase in the number of people. We will be happy to come back.

Although I had an accident, the staff wouldn't even consider giving us the refund for days we didn't use. Hiding behind the general "no refund policy" in a situations like an injured knee is lame and inexcusable. We were told that the same policy applies for city tax, which I highly doubt. It looked more like that the staff "wouldn't bother" to contact the city office and cancel the stay. Not doing this, probably looks really bad in the eyes of the city officials who invest heavily in the tourism. However, we were fully reimbursed for the ski pass for days we couldn't ski, even for the family member, but we asked that ourselves. No parking was available near the apartment building, we parked at the city parking, not convenient at all.
