Hotel clasic si elegant.Camere inalte,spatioase.Locatia in sine ,toatal localitatea ,este magnifica.Amprenta germana se vede peste tot.Mancare buna,personal dragit si amabil,chiar daca vorbeste doar rusa.Se pare ca Ucraina s-a mutat aici.
Din pacate,apele minerale din zona spa,pentru care am si venit,lipseau cu desavarsire.Desi am achitat o suma considerabila pentru 4 zile,tot ce inseamna relaxare,se plateste separat.Preturi mari,in raport cu serviciile oferite.Aparatura medicala are o vechime considerabila.Namolul terapeutic,se utilizeaza diluat in apa,pentru economie.Adica efectul este 0.Personal medical dragut si amabil(rusi sau ucrainieni).masajul bun(doar cel facut de thailandeze,dar la pret dublu fata de piata).

Très bel hôtel au rapport qualité /prix/ prestations tout à fait correct. Bonne literie, excellent petit déjeuner varié, situation parfaite, wellness et spa sympas surtout en cette saison très peu fréquenté !
J’ai regretté que les saunas (sauf un) n’étaient accessibles qu’à partir de 14h.

There is this old world charm but with a modern twist.I had a single room which was best thought out single room I’ve seen.

The Hotel provided excellent service from the beginning to the end. The Spa area is not as big as a thermal spa, but big enough to relax and have a great time. You get as many towels as you need, tea, fruits, pools are warm.
You can walk straight into the main stream and everything is close to the Hotel.
I would not book the relax pack again because you cannot choose what treatments you get only a treatment per night you stay not per day. (Maybe I misunderstood it)
I was also super excited about the fish treatment, but no fish were available…

The hotel was not even close of being fully booked,
Genius Level 3, spent 3 Nights, 320+ Euros a night was enough to get the room on the 8th floor next to the elevator, impossible to sleep, every elevator movement in the hotel very noisy in our room (x2 since there are 2 elevators), moreover acoustic signals when arriving on the floors
The question remains, was the hotel the problem or that we booked it via Booking.com.

The SPA was very good and inviting. Yet it would have been good if they open the sauna area earlier than 14:00.

The staff at service desk and at dining room was brief and seems like we are interuppting them to do their work.
The breakfast was fine.
In general value for money.
We expected more from Plaza.
Make sure you get room up to floor 4 because floor 5 and on are at the new wing and you have to switch elevator

Excellent location at the entrance of the touristic area. The breakfast is exceptional (minute omelette, fresh juices, excellent choice of teas). Room was spacious and they could offer an alternative when we discovered ours was too noisy for us. Some staff members try to be responsive and professional (mostly reception & portier) including pre booking questions. In my opinion, very good wellness area if you avoid the crowded times. Overall, the facilities are nice & very clean.
This is a big boat, with an immense amount of guests and the staff is overwhelmed, that was our impression. Maybe for this reason, the majority of the staff lacks customer orientation and the coordination between services is pretty poor. For this reason the overall experience does not meet the standards of a 5* in my opinion - but there are efforts made for sure.

The saunas, big jacuzzi, and mineral water, are only open from 2pm so se cannot access in the morning!

The staff was very polite. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a good selection. I particularly liked the option for omelettes in the morning and grilled meat for dinner. I really enjoyed the sauna area and appreciated the option for various spa treatments.
Very disappointed with the beds, particularly the comfort level. Other 5* hotels have far superior ones.

This hotel is fantastic! All is incredibly nice and luxurious. The breakfast is exceptionally good, the spa and the spa treatments will make you feel welcome and relaxed. Highly recommended.
