Only downside is the walls are quite thin, so I assume it may be loud during high season.

Went for the Ironman 70.3 Jesolo. The location of the hotel was perfect and a few steps to transition and swim start. Staff were really supportive and friendly. Quiet. Warm pool and on the beach. Good breakfast too.

Heard a repetitive noise at night and security came immediately to help identify it. Turned out that one of the balcony chairs was rocking with the wind.

The rooms were too small

Very friendly and attentive service including reception, restaurant, bar ... from the first email contact to the last farewell drink. Location in Lido die Jesolo is perfect, directly by the beach with direct access, nice pool area. The rich breakfast buffet was very enjoyable.

In our room it was obvious that the backlog of renovation built up over the last years (Corona?), e.g. integrated folding bed did not close completely, floor boards were loose, bathroom a little outdated. It was not really something what concerned us significantly (we did not complain) but with regard to price-performance ratio something to be mentioned.

Small Pool, that you have to pay for 1st and 2nd row of sunbeds at the beach. Cant stay at the pool or the beach after checkout.

The breakfast is very good, so many choices for bread and cakes, fruit, jiuce and so on. The bed is very comfortable and staff in hotel is very helpful and friendly. The room is very clean and the fridger in the room is pretty cool. 😄👍

1.I think that the parking place is too small, and somebody take 2 parking place and it is really irriterering. 😑 The hotel has nobody to control it.We use almost 20 minutes to parking our car(actually our car is not very big, imagine someone has a big car.) 2. The chair at the swimming pool is always occupied even there is nobody use the chairs, somebody just put their towels to make sure they has a chair from early in the morning. So others can not use chair. I think this is pretty bad. The hotel has to make a rules that every guests can use the chairs at the pool. And the people only put towels should be take it away. Then everyone has possibilities to use chairs at swimming pool.
