Excellent in every way - staff, facilities, breakfast, view.

The staff could not do enough for you - BA cancelled our flight out and then our luggage was lost plus due to local issues our flights have been constantly cancelled so we have had to book extra nights- the staff are attentive, caring and are so kind - Mariangela deserves a special mention

Cannot say enough good about the professional and helpful staff. They went beyond any normal expectations from the minute we walked in the door until we departed the hotel. Great location and very nice accommodations.

A family boutique hotel with beautiful view to the see and small botanic garden. The staff is so fresh and helpful willing to help 24 hrs , rooms are traditionally styled with clean bathroom and limited amenities . All rooms are prepared with fruit basket and limone biscuits gift and drink.the location is on the center you need to use about 50 steps stairs and you’ll be there .

If you are very sensitive to noise rooms are noisy you can hear everything in corridors and surrounding rooms which is not comfortable. But as the staff and hotel have other advantages we neglected this part .

The views from our room were breathtaking! The room itself was also neatly presented and felt quite spacious with the very high ceilings. The staff were also very friendly and professional - they have been very kind and helped with activities and dinner reservations, as well as helping us sort out a last minute transfer to the airport when our flight was rerouted. The hotel also has a lovely and relaxing garden area. Breakfast was also amazing! In general, I also thought the hotel was perfectly located if you want to explore the city centre of Taormina as everything was at walking distance from the hotel.

I wish there was a pool in the hotel, but then again staff can help with shuttle buses to nearby beach clubs if you fancy a swim

The Hotel is very dated and the sound proofing of the rooms is very poor we had no sleep for 2 nights.Also the breakfast is very poor this hotel is definitely not a 4 star well overpriced.

The position of building is very nice. The hotel garden’s is spendid. The personal very warm and profesional in mean time!

The view from our window was amazing and the beds were quite comfortable. The room was huge and the bathroom VERY large. Staff was fantastic and we loved the garden and “secret entrance” to town. The location couldn’t have been better. Note that if you are driving in after dark go slowly - the car park is on a one way and if you miss it you have to go all the way around again. That said, the parking was handled well and we appreciated having a spot

We were greeted with a glass of wine/processeco and valet parking. Staff could not do enough for us. The view from our 3rd floor room was mount Etna and the garden of the hotel from a very big room balcony and the rooftop balcony with a view of mount Etna and the ocean and the exteriour garden are amazing. The location is superb- close enough to restaurants and shops and historic places to visit but in a quiet area.

The Hotel is a very well-run hostelry that deserves every one of its four stars. The tool was comfortable and spotless. Staff was very helpful. It’s centrally located in Taormina. Breakfast on the terrace was spectacular.

My traveling companion thought the continental breakfast was a little scant, given its 12 euro cost. The breakfast setting was, however, beautiful and service exemplary.

Perfect location in Taormina. The parking was wonderful as they parked your car for you in an enclosed garage. view on the terrace was an extra bonus at breakfast and for drinks in the afternoon

Wonderful hospitality and very friendly staff. A great location with views over the sea and right in the heart of town. We had a really lovely stay at Villa Schuler
