Room was comfortable and clean. We did not book breakfast, we prepared it on our own. We did not use the pool, since we loved the beach at the Port San Miguel extremely!

Wonderful view, compact but smart layout of the apartment. the apartment was basic but clean.

yes it was a rain shower but there was no consistency of warm water.

Loved that there was two pools. One quiet one and one less so. Great value food and drink options. Entertainment was fun. Great location, 5 mins walk to the beach.

I felt more could me done to make the complex more secure.

Should change bedsheets more often

Lovely and modern. Friendly staff. Two pools with cheap bars. Very spacious flat.

A couple of hairs in the bed on arrival. Could be very loud at night if you’re staying close to the pool, but we didn’t hear a thing and we were about 15m from it.

Very nice and cozy rooms in front of the hotel pool. Staff super kind and nice. Very strategic position respect to the close marvelous beach.

Room was clean, fresh and modern. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning kept the whole apartment at a perfect temperature. Plenty of storage available and a large balcony with drying rack fitted. The bathroom was fantastic, very modern and included a large walk in shower with rain fall shower head. Excellent landscaping throughout the resort. The pool at Esmerelda Mar was quieter and has spectacular views over the bay. The food was very good and varied throughout our stay with plenty of options for all ages and tastes. All the food seemed fresh, no matter what time you arrived and the dishes were quickly replenished when they ran low. The Paella especially was a real treat. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful apartment Beautiful location .but my friend who has a bad leg couldn't leave the apartment as it has so many steps and is so high up we feel we should have been informed about thus when booking .the manager moved us to an apartment down near the pool .that's the only problem we had .the staff were amazing

The stairs! No lift & both got bad joints so hard work.

The location is wonderful. A 5 min walk from a lovely bay. The staff is super helpful And friendly. Breakfast was very proper and complete.

It's a bit noisy(not too bad), but the guests are very decent, so no noise in the nights.

The sangria

Modern, spacious and spotlessly clean, nice fresh linen and towels everyday. Great bathroom (shower has fantastic pressure) lovely to have a little kitchenette and such a nice balcony to sit out on in the warm evenings! Great location - close to the beach and lovely places to eat. Peaceful at night and lovely to walk through the gardens each evening. Really helpful staff. Useful to be able to leave our bags in reception and use the communal shower room to get ready for the airport at the end of our trip.

We had two single beds and two sofa beds unfortunately both were uncomfortable 🥴 Beds a little better than sofa beds but after a weeks stay we all had backache 😩 Thankfully the loungers by the pool and on the beach were comfier! Our flight was at midnight so we would have loved a slightly later check out (even if this was at a cost) but understand it wasn’t possible.

The staff was really friendly and willing to help us at anytime. The flat was really cosy and spacious, every morning it was cleaned by the cleaning lady, the towels often were replaced even if we didn't ask for it. The restaurant offered every day fresh made food, ice-creams were offered, and the bar was well-stocked. The breakfast, lunch and dinner slot time was just perfect. Every night there was a show such as dancing, karaoke, etc.. Every morning the animation guys did different kind of entertainment activities. The reception gave us unlimited vouchers for getting free drinks at the `Can Tothom` restaurant which was close to the beach. Kayak and ping-pong table was included in the All-Inclusive plan. Pool table available for a 2€ fee.

They should explicitly write in the description the facility has flats, which are not labeled as "comfort", and those are not really placed close to the reception/restaurant, basically they are placed on a kind of hill and to get there either you have to walk an uphill road or you have to climb hundred of steps, we didn't know that so we had to ask to change our flat with a "comfort" one because my mother, 70 year-old, could not afford that path every time she needed to get in the flat; - Unfortunately the beach/bay, which is close to the facility, often offered a dirty sea water cause a lot of boats nearby; - The staff understood very well Italian and English but unfortunately often they spoke to us only in Spanish; - As All-Inclusive guests we could not get any espresso/cappuccino from the bar while the breakfast was ongoing, in that time slot we could use the coffee machine which was quite bad in taste.
