La cafetería, tanto la terraza moderna y actual como el interior estilo art decó. La habitación estaba limpia y solo la ducha era nueva.

Precio excesivo para un hotel en Sabadell y de este tipo. Las fotos no son fieles a la realidad, la habitación no está reformada, es antigua y poco cuidada, las paredes están sucias y con grietas, la mesa tiene un roto… En general el hotel es antiguo y poco acogedor (pasillos muy largos, grandes, vacíos y con objetos extraños…parecía un tanatorio o la casa del terror). El secador de pelo no sirve para nada.

La habitación es grande

El horario de piscina de la web no se correspondía con el real. Me hicieron pagar por la cuna, cuando había dicho que no la quería. No está mal, pero nosotros no repetiremos. El personal muy frío.

Upgrade della camera. CI hanno assegnato un appartamento ampio, pulito e silenzioso. Colazione ricca e piatti preparati sul momento.

La televisione è solo nella sala e non nella camera da letto. Non era disponibile una bottiglia d'acqua. Alcune macchine per distribuzione bevande non funzionavano

Our first room had broken aircon during mid-30 degree weather. The receptionist moved us immediately when we mentioned it, which was great. Having seen other reviews about this issue, this is a known problem and has not been fixed. There are a lot of things that need to be improved. There was mixed messages about the opening times of the terrace, the room cleaning was very variable and we had a couple of days with no toilet roll, no hand soap. If all the rooms were bought up to the same standard, it'd be a much better hotel.

the restaurant was very nice and very friendly staff. very reasonable prices as well. The bathroom was very nice.

for what we paid for, the room was too much for what we got. we was put in the old end of the hotel where the room was not the best. The AC barely worked and did not cool down the room. there was no access to the roof as advertised. the roof was under construction so there was no access and we was not informed either. No smoking area apart from outside the hotel. It was average at best.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were adequate.

For us, the staff were not super friendly at the restaurant, and when we asked for a sangria at the bar, we were served with a drink that had a lot of Fanta orange soda mostly, and then a little bit of red wine mixed with a little fruit AND SUGAR! We watched in horror, as this was being made after being served to true sangria throughout our trip. Also, our first dinner there we had a waitress that was not very pleasant.
