The location was absolutely perfect. Very handy to all public transportation and the staff were great. The rooms were spacious, well laided out and the bed was super comfy

As we were staying for a week another load of washing powder would have been great. We also orginally asked for a room with 2 queen beds but one of them wasn't set up so we had to do it ourselves

We were greeted by the receptionist, who was very informative and clear with the instructions to carpark and access to the lift and our room. The location is excellent access to Dracula's cabaret, Pacific fair shopping centre, casino, bus, and tram stations . Easy walking distance to restaurants and broad beach shopping centres.

The room smelt musty and overloaded with a bleach smell. Facilities in the kitchen were great.

Clean and tidy. Apartment had everything that you needed for the stay.

After the initial experience as stated below.... I expressed my disappointment to Paige at reception. She immediately dealt with the issue and moved us to a 3 bedroom apartment on the 16th floor. The apartment was spacious, clean, light and bright and 100% better than the other rooms we had. We had a fantastic stay at Bel Air and will def be back if we can get the same apartment. Paige was professional, helpful and understanding.

We started with a poor experience. I had booked for 7 people and was allocated 2 x 2 bedroom apartments. 1 on the 2nd floor 1 on the 8th so we were not able to be together. During the first night I realised how substandard these rooms were, no reflection of the photos. Curtains falling off the walls, in desperate need of a paint job, holes in the walls, old dated furniture, worst bathrooms I have ever had, my bathroom completely flooded when shower was used. Beds were small and uninviting, apartments were small and dark. There was nothing good to say about these rooms.

Quiet expensive for a half beach that we had to pay extra for. Facilities are all over the place eg. To drop the keys off you have to drive back to the main tower there was no key drop off area in each tower which is abit inconvenient.

Absolutely nothing

Extremely Disappointing in all aspects . This is not a resort/hotel as advertised. This is serviced apartments where the majority of units are lived in permanently. The one bedroom apartment was very dated, smelly carpets, bath cracked and no plug so unable to use. The bedding was paper thin with an extra blanket available in the cupboard that looked to be 30yrs old. No heating or cooling in the bedroom. I was freezing! A very old split system in the living area. No streaming service available as advertised Service was non existent. They charge you $3 if you want an extra towel. The staff will not become to rooms for ANY reason. I am a Solo traveler and sprained my ankle and can’t walk. The staff will not bring ANYTHING to my room. I ordered Uber eats and was trying to hop to the reception area. I called reception and advised them i was on my way done but since I can’t walk it will take a bit longer. Staff walked passed me whilst I was trying to hop to reception- no assistance was offered. Worst of all the receptionist turned my Uber eats away and told them she would not accept it at reception even though she was aware I could not walk. Stuck in a room at a supposed hotel with no access to food or drink. This is not a hotel or a resort. False advertising the property , dated and smelly rooms with staff who don’t care.
