Strange smell in stairwell

Excellent small hotel, easy to find, smooth check in and lovely room, as advertised. Very good value, comfy bed, fluffy towels and great WiFi. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and wonderful to read about the locally sourced products. It was great to be able to walk the short distance to the cable car and gondola, to take us up to the snow on the mountains!

The only reason I didn’t give 10 was because the pillows were not comfortable. Too thin. It’s a shame really, because the bed was very comfortable and the room was not too warm, which we like.

Lovely small hotel in a good position. Just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. Good sized room with large en-suite shower room. A good breakfast so very happy with our stay.

The breakfast was very good. Those little cakes with chocolate in the middle were superb. Also, granola, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, bacon, eggs, bread...perfect. The pool is good with the sound of the river running past and sun in the evening (I was only there in the evening...I am sure there is sun all day). A great place to stay.

I always like a good pillow or two...and there was one average pillow!
