In general Hapimag is really nice place, nice view, apartments are big and cosy. Localisation is also good, personel very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately day before we received an email that swimmingpool is not working, the same with whirlpool, only sauna is available and hapimag offer only 10% discount or free resignation... In place where you can spend time and play everything stop in '90s. Darts - small board on the wall, billiards cost 2e and anyway didn't work working.

Everything was great. The apartments is big and spacious, clean and very warm. Big swimming pool and sauna. We will come back!

The breakfast is fresh and great. My little one is one year old and she can find what she likes and enjoy herself. The staff is very nice as well. They help us with anything we need, and especially kind and patient to our little one. Thank you! We had a nice holiday there.

Very well organized, you can park your car there, rent the ski gear, buy the Skipass and even book ski classes. In the facilities beside the nice Spa there's also a little shop where one can get fresh bread for breakfast and other goods. Definitely recommend.

To be fair, the facilities they have available are worth a 4 star and the location was great. They also had the room ready for early check-in and it was clean and spacious.

At the check-in, the receptionist mentioned about their restaurant for breakfast and dinner at the check-in but once I came back from the slope at 16:30, the restaurant staff told us that they are full for the day and the following day. If we were just told that the seats are so limited, we could've tried to made the reservation earlier but what the receptionist said to me when I complained about it was, "because of Covid, the seats are limited and we don't know what the booking situation is for the restaurant". While Covid is a problem, it's not a valid excuse for not having that info at the reception for a 4-star rank hotel advertised in Booking.com. Also, I couldn't even get a shaver at the reception. Those one-off use items may not be suitable to have it in the room by default from a sustainability perspective but if you forget to bring it, you are basically in the middle of no-where and you end up living without it or driving down to the kiosk. The hotel doesn't have a concierge at check-in peak times. All desks are serving people for check in and you need to line up in the cue just to have the EV charger to start (you need to ask the staff to start the meter) or buy a bottle of water, which is only available at the reception. All in all, I don't think this is a hotel that should be advertised as 4 star just because of the location and facility being relatively better than the hotels in surrounding regions. If this was 2.5 or 3 star, my impression was probably a lot better but it's not fair to the other 4 star rated hotels on Booking.com who offer proper services to their guests.
