The breakfast was good, not great. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Next time, I wouldn’t pay extra for the “cathedral view”. We were told by one staff member that no late check-out is possible. The next morning, a different staff member said it is possible, albeit at an extra charge.

Eine Toplage mit äußerst freundlichem Service und wunderbarem Bio-Frühstück. So stellt man sich vor in einer alten Stadt zu wohnen. Auf die Etage kommt man mit einem kleinen Fahrstuhl, aber Treppen zum Zimmer gibt’s dann auch noch. Also nichts für Rollatoren oder Rollstühle.

There are so many things I loved about this hotel. First was the price--it was a great value for money considering that the hotel is located in the heart of Strasbourg. The location was perfect and literally within walking distance from the cathedral. Petit France is a bit further away but it only takes approximately 10 minutes to walk there. The hotel room I chose was tiny but quaint and had a great view of the cathedral. I heard that they serve a good breakfast but unfortunately I never had the chance to try. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. It was beautiful and peaceful, I might come back to this hotel when I visit Strasbourg again in the future.

Do not expect state of the art facilities since this is a tiny hotel, but I really don't have any complaints!

Quiet, pleasant location but very near to the Cathedral in the old town. The room was great with a super and spacious bathroom. Lovely outside seating area to enjoy a glass of wine in a the evening.

Air conditioning would have been good, but we were provided with a large fan.

I stayed at Hotel Suisse for one night during my 18-day cycling trip along the Rhine. The hotel is wonderfully located in the center of town, close to restaurants and cafes. The staff were wonderful, helped me store my bike in the building and the lady at the desk was kind enough to reserve a table for me at a traditional French restaurant which turned out to be one of the best restaurants I ate at during my trip. The room was small but perfectly adequate and was an upgrade with a view over the tiled roofs near the cathedral. Breakfast served downstairs was very nice with a very pleasant ambience. I felt I'd found a bit of a gem in this hotel, I'd certainly come back and would be happy to recommend it to my friends and associates.

Adorable hotel with a fantastic location right in the center of the old town and by the river. Staff were super helpful and cheerful.

Trying to follow the directions I ended up driving right through the old town (legally but there were unhappy pedestrians and cyclist everywhere). The parking deck was super close so in retrospect I should have walked!

Lovely out of the mainstream location wry close to the Eiffel Tower with exceptional customer service and absolutely perfect large rooms.

There weren't bowls for the pet and a sleeping place in the room, although we warned about staying with an animal. There wasn't instruction in the room about connecting to the Internet.
