Clean, well orghanised.

Great room with a balcony overlooking the River. Clean, comfortable, coffee machine and fridge loaded with miniatures. Great staff, Adina on reception was so helpful getting us checked in early for a wedding nearby. This is also a great location for strawberry hill within walking distance.

The room was large and well equipped with an interesting mixture of modern and retro furnishings. As a Pope scholar I appreciated the relatively tasteful pictorial representations and historical prints, and Mavis Batey's lovely book. Everything was beautifully clean and bright. Location is, of course, superb, being on the site of Pope's original home and garden and with the same view of the Thames - and, in present-day terms, close to the historical centre of Twickenham.

Well, we didn't need a king-sized bed, especially one that consisted of two singles put together. It wasn't very comfortable.

The rooms were great. Very clean and comfortable. Really nice bathroom too. Very nice location with good parking. Bus stop very close.

We thought the bar keeper probably had a bad day. For that reason we had only one drink at the hotel and moved on to the next pub

OK, apart from the hair I found in my first breakfast. Food was good apart from that one incident - staff were apologetic and I was given another breakfast. Hair strand was too long to be mine, and too short to be the waitress's.

As above. Plus on first night neighbour fell asleep with TV on. Night manager tried to wake the person but to no avail. I think the neighbours TV timed out eventually.

The room was beautiful , very comfortable and a large room . Bathroom was super lovely shower, can’t fault the room in any way Fantastic breakfast too

Lady on the phone was bulshy not polite very abrupt , not polite in anyway . She never smiled at all , she let the whole place down. Other members of staff were nice enough
