Good hotel, good location.

Overpriced breakfast (€20 person/day). Very slow internet, max 2 devices. Airco was mediocre.

The location was great as it was right in the middle of the city of Vigo. As was the price of our five night stay. It was excellent value for money to stay here. Also the price of food and drink in the hotel was great.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and whatever detergent (laundry powder) was used on the bed sheets and towels left me with a skin rash.

Friendly staff greeted us. The hotel is well placed for quickly walking to the old town and harbour areas.

Difficult drive across Vigo to the hotel. The car park is extremely tight! The bedside tables and desk were very shabby and the bed head very worn where heads had rested on it! The hotel furnishings need to be updated!

The room I stayed in was spacious, well-decorated, and very comfortable, providing a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and common areas of the hotel was impeccable, contributing to an even more enjoyable stay. The breakfast offered by the hotel was simply delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. I also took the opportunity to dine at the hotel's restaurant and was impressed by the quality and flavor of the dishes served. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to various tourist attractions in the city, as well as restaurants, shops, and public transportation. This made my explorations in Vigo even more convenient and enjoyable.

Location and availability of a nice gym right next door

Staff were not helpful, the room was very dark and available lighting in rooms was dismal. Upon arrival could not even get a cup of coffee nor order food. When i went to check out the man staffing the desk did not look up nor acknowledge i was there.

The free pass for the very good gym next door / the friendly reception staff / the good coffee on the ground floor / my sea view even though i didnt request one / proximity to couple of good cafes and supermarkets

The price-quality relation was great. The hotel is comfortable and the facilities are appropriate. It had paid parking that is actually cheaper than a full day at a public parking lot.

The price for breakfast was a bit inflated for the quality. I recommend to not use the hotel for breakfast and instead go to the nearby places that have cheaper ones

The location was great and the reception staff was helpful.

The room was dirty, the mini fridge had opened and half used bottles in it, the room was not sound proof and the pool was closed. Also on arrival we were given the wrong room after paying extra for a terrace. however the receptionist did sort it out quickly. Did not feel like a 4 star hotel.

Location of the hotel was excellent.
