Everything was perfect

It was well located. Some of the staff were very helpful. A couple of them didn't care but still did the job. It was very cool they offer the free pick yup at the airport though Loumar tour. We used that same company for our tour to Iguazu falls on Argentina side.

The AC was not the best, it took a lot of time to cool the room. That area of Brazil use different kind of electric outlets, we had to buy extensions in order to charge our electronics.

I liked the location and the pool + breakfast options (in theory)

The staff did not care or really follow any COVID measures. The breakfast area was way too crowded and busy for anyone to be safe in terms of covid. Also, they did not have enough options of food as well. The hotel hallways are very loud and the rooms had doors that did not keep sound out and were extremely noisy. For the amount I paid for this trip, it was not worth it.

Enjoyed the room. Simple and at the same time, well covered for a solo traveler.

Breakfast can be improved. Less diversity and more quality on the few.

Although the building doesnt look as exciting, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. They were big with a bathroom. The location is great since the busses leave in front of the building and its at walking distance from restaurants. They let us in the room a few hours before check-in time which was great.

The breakfast was a bit chaotic, its a noisy room and really big. It closes at 9:00. On the other hand a lot of options to choose from. language barrier as an english tourist but they tried.

Staff and receptionist were very helpful and friendly. And helped us catch the correct buses to Iguazu Falls and airport. The gym was very good. Also activities such as pool, pool table and table tennis were great. Location was great. Close to falls. Close to bus stop and airports.

The breakfast was very good with many things.
