Hm.... schwierig zu sagen, woran's liegt... obwohl, eigentlich nicht - mit freundlichen, kompetenten Mitarbeiter*innen, einem konsequenten Tropeninselkonzept, funktionierender Technik und sympathischem Service kann man auch älteres Interieur so präsentieren, dass ich mich immer wieder willkommen und wohl fühle und mich jedes Jahr freue, wieder in der Ecke übernachten "zu müssen".

Abgewohnt und dreckig sind die Zimmer und das Bad.

Let me just say that the staff is great! We arrived late, but we warned about this by letter. we were sent instructions on where the key to the room would be! The hotel is easy to find even though it is out of town. The hotel is located on the shore of a beautiful lake! the room is not small, the bed is comfortable, but the soundproofing is simply not there!!!

The position and the room were beautiful, everything was super comfortable and clean!
The shower didn't have the best design and we wet the floor using it, but except for that it was perfect!

Nice spot, close the beach and the sea. It looked really cozy.
It was disappointed to find out the bar je restaurant closes at 18.00. And even more disappointed were the venting machine for drinks. They accepted only coins and only after you use legitimation…but only German legitimation…

The position is stunning, submerged with green all around.
1 minute walking from the lake where you can do many activities.
The window has been left open by the cleaning stuff and some insects entered the room from the forest near by.
Staff always missing at the reception.

It was a clean room and the personnel was really kind and caring. The Hotel printed my ticket for the ferry to Norway. Breakfast was excellent with fresh ingredients (bread, ham, cheese, muesli, juice, coffee, tea and son on...)
There was nothing I didn't during my stay !
