Liegestuhl am Pool nur zu bekommen, wenn man in der Früh zwischen 6.00 - 7.00 Uhr mit Handtuch reserviert.
Die Hotelleitung unternimmt auch nichts dagegen. Sehr sehr schade.

The pool was great. Great views as it looks out onto the sea.
Arrived after a very long journey. Woman at reception said we hadn’t paid although we had paid and was trying to charge us again. Shown the booking and it was confirmed paid. She then confirmed this with booking.com.
She explain hotel was pretty empty and we was shown our room. Rooms dead dark and beds were rock solid hard, not comfy to sleep on at all. The bathroom was very outdated. WI-FI didn’t work for the second day - asked for someone to come check this.. two hours later no one arrived and we had to go back to ask for them to say it’s down in the whole area (you could of come and told us instead of leaving us waiting)
Breakfast - you are given some slips things, explained to the woman we couldn’t find them and she advised us to go recheck our room.. explained we have but she refused to issue new tickets.. as we started to walk away she told us she had our tickets and therefore she didn’t give us them.
Arrived at breakfast around 9am, not much to offer at all! Everything was stone COLD. No veggie options other than toast or stone cold pancakes. BF tried to have the eggs again stone cold. We decided not to have it the next day (ham and hot dogs and some Thai rice and Thai chicken) - that was all that was there.
Location is around 20/25 mins from the bar.
Overall the pool was unreal. But we wouldn’t stay here again.

everything- its so sad, the resort could been awesome with cleaning and some service from staff but it was dirty and totally old. I changed hotel after one night

bungalows are ok but they need to update the shower heads. Also, very low water pressure. I wouldn’t eat dinners there. Food was mediocre.

The accommodation was spotless, staff were excellent, pool/beach area was great.

Massage facilities on the beach right down from our rooms. The front desk staff were more than accommodating for any/all of our needs, excursions too!
Would have loved a better view, although breakfast was busy they were not able to keep up with the demand.

Really nice location next to a really good beach
A little run down property and rooms (however the location somewhat makes up for it), a little playground (if only a small one for small kids) could have been nice too

I was eaten alive by bed bugs. This has never happened to me in 15 years of traveling. After realizing what it was on night #2…I packed up and left to a different much better hotel. SO itchy and upsetting, gross. The front desk was not very responsive when I told them what happened. I just wanted out of there. beware of room #520!!!!

Good quality hotel, lovely pool straight onto the beach. Poolside massage. Had a Deluxe Bungalow, a comfortable space and worth the upgrade from Superior (bigger, better decor, closer to beach).
The beds were uncomfortably hard. Hotel also advertises a “no reserving sun loungers” policy but, every day, guests were allowed to dump their towels and books, then disappear for hours - one day we saw beds reserved by 8am but still not used by 2pm. There weren’t enough loungers for the demand, so this was frustrating. The hotel should enforce its policy as people place their towels to reserve, but they didn’t, which caused problems.
We stayed as a group of travellers, but the hotel is very Tui / package holiday with, predominantly, families staying there.

Good location on the beach
The rooms and general state of the resort is in much need of serious upgrading. There were quite a few guests requesting new rooms (myself included) and I was happy to pay the early check out fees for 2 rooms but unfortunately could not get a booking elsewhere in Lanta

A perfect place to enjoy sunsets and the sea. The receptionist and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was well equipped. The location of our room was near the beach, a 1 min walk, and you are on the beach. The swimming pool was nice and next to the beach. The views were beautiful. Every day, you get a new scene to enjoy. We stayed for two weeks and were not bored even a single day.
The couch in the room was not comfortable. It was entirely wood with no cushioning. It would be nice if it had some cushions to support the back. TV can use some upgrades. It didn't have any sports channels broadcasting FIFA World Cup. The water pressure in the bathroom could be better.

Great value for the money! The location close to the beach was wonderful and the reception staff were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was a free shuttle bus into Saladan which was very useful. It was our second visit and we would certainly stay here again.
There was a good spread at breakfast and although there were plenty of staff around they were very poor at replenishing the supply. They did willingly when you asked them.

Beach front bungalow with unrivalled views and access to the beach in the whole of Koh Lanta
The live music offering was dated and did not attract us to eat at the restaurant that evening. Traditional Thai music or an acoustic band would bring in a lot more people than Elvis impersonator. Fortunately can easily be avoided and you can't hear it from the room.

Great location on the beach, with surprisingly good resturant on-site. Really friendly staff, especially in the resturant.
Still in need of some renovations, and the luxury bungalows might be worth the extra price as they are bit more up to date and better located towards the sea and closer to pool and restaurant.

everything , it is so cheap and it is so confortable , i juste stayed one night but i would recommend to stay more , it is big, your bungalow is huge and clean.And it is on the beach! everything is perfect and actually it is a really good good value!

The villas on the beach
The staff is absolutely adorable, available and very competent.
Our first villa was an old one. We asked for a new one and what a difference. It's clean, doesn't smell and modern.

We stayed in a beachfront bungalow for 4 nights, which was really nice and cosy. Nice beach with clean water and good views. Staff were friendly, specially the girls at the front desk were super helpful. The swimming pool is good size and clean.
Breakfast was one of the worst that I ever tried ! Nothing tasted good or fresh, even breakfast sausages had a strange taste. There was a buffet, ants and flies all over the fruit, etc etc...
The place looks quite old, they need maintanance almost everywhere. But the cleaning... Omg, everywhere you look is dirty, in the room the legs of the table had about 2cm of dust, disgusting. In the beachfront bungalow you have a really nice sea view from bed, but the window which gives you the view is so dirty!! I think they would need some manager to check those details and make this place much better. Its so nice location and the setup on the beach, its a shame they dont put some afford to the place :(
Also we have booked a beachfront bungalow and on photo it was location next to the pool and it was single bungallow (not sharing any walls with the neighbours).
Once we checked in, they brought us to another side quite far from the pool and double bungalow. We asked them to change to the same one we booked, but they said its under maintanance, its ok but I would understand if someone would let me know about it. Anyway we asked for the upgrade and we paid extra for the beachfront suite which was really nice but again not clean :(

Everything was good, except the water in the bathroom, it looked muddy for me, it can ruin your experience. It seemed like they have issue in the filter system

Beautiful location, lovely hotel with fantastic food. Kids had the best time playing in the pools and then can continue onto the beach.. Staff here are always on hand to help with a smile on their face, can happily highly recommend this place and will be back for sure.

We had a bungalow on the beach and it was perfect. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The pool is amazing. Some of the interior is slightly worn, but we didn’t mind at all.
