The room was cleaned up after 2pm.

This is our 12th stay here in less then 3 years! For us, lodging here is like home! Best location! The new young girl, black hair braces and glasses that speaks 4 language, was great! She assisted us with all we needed and was very welcoming.

Staff: I was last there in Feb 2023, the staff in Feb and all the stays before that were AWESOME! I cannot say that for the new crew/staff. They would not lift a finger to assist you. Breakfast: Everytime I have lodged there, I order my special omelette from the kitchen. My 1st morning there, I requested my special eggs the lady server laughed at me and insisted I had to take what is at the buffet (I kid you not, even my eldest at the table looked at me in huhhhhh!). Room: If staff was aware of my loyal stays (or even if it was my 1rst stay) they would make sure to 1st check my room before check in and 2nd know that I am a loyal customer I expect a room with out any issues. As we step in the room, the huge blinds came down (busboy was there!) The large mirror came from the wall. No towels. No one came in to fix this, untill when I called the 2nd day!

Perfect location and great for families. The room and bed was clean and the area where the hotel is located is very convenient.

The only downside we encountered was that the front desk clerk charged us another price as was agreed upon on bookings.com. Hey came with an excuse regarding exchange rate used in their system. However it’s was clear that they were wrong for charging us another price and acknowledge it afterwards. However we never received the difference from the hotel.

Breakfast quite poor. Space inside breakfast room not corresponding to the hotel size. Also cleanless and service must be improved. Variety of food very limited and quality also could be improved.

Never changed the towels even though I settled the signs to change it, the bath faucet was broken, and the breakfast was so poor, I saw some cheese yellow that means they put the cheese back to the fridge and is reuse for the other day.

Most part of my stay was good!

I always feel at home here! Always great helpfull and respectful staff! Great bed, many options at breakfast! My 9th stay here since 2021!!!

My room missed some basic stuff upon arrival! Was not a deal breaker, however I should not have to ask for these, especially when this was my 9th stay since 2021!

Breakfast was very good. They offered a wide variety of fruits, juices, eggs, granola,, and yogurt. There was a new dish every day. This is a very good location, about 2 blocks from Parque 93 which is very safe and walkable with a wide variety of restaurants. (What would you expect from a park bordered by the Apple Store, an upscale yogurt store, popular with owners of expensive dogs?) The room was quite adequate.. It is about as close to the Airport and the Downtown colonial area as the "Airport" Holiday Inn, although it is not nearly so luxurious as the Airport Holiday Inn.

There is nothing fundamentally wrong with this Holiday Inn, but they seemed disorganized. When I arrived late at night, the google map location said we were there, but it must have been the back so it wasn't obvious and the taxista had to circle the block. I don't know if Holiday Inn can do anything about that. The hotel room I was first given late at night was occupied, but fortunately no one was in the room. I didn't notice that the room I was given, didn't have towels until the morning.

This was our 4th stay in less then 2 years. We love it there! Location location location and offcourse the Hotel, staff, beds and breakfast! The kids are also excited to stay there all the time! Till next trip again!
