Appreciate if the waterways inside the property were cleaned & maintained as its a breeding ground for mosquitoes & insects.

Fantastic place to start our honeymoon. FAB villa, breakfast, dinner, service, pool and general vibe. Highly recommend.

Location and territory is good. There is access to the sea. Villa planing and the bathroom are nice.

First and foremost - the staff. They speak poor English, don’t act welcoming and attentive. A lot of our request were done at least on the third mention and some only after contacting booking.com. Nobody except for the head butler was helpful. The amenities - the villas are date. It shows. They couldn’t repair our bedroom doors so we were struggling to get in every time. The outside bathroom was leaking. I got badly cut on the pool tilling and didn’t walk for a day :( The pool pump is loud so we had turn it off every night. An animal crawled under our roof so we couldn’t sleep the first two days. They tried to do something about it, but it still returned and made loud noises through the night. Breakfasts - they are the same every day (although they have a selection of 2 options). They were cold from time to time and sometimes got served later than we agreed. And they only served cheap instant coffee (which we only got on the third day, cause the first person told us they don’t have coffee at all). The breakfast juices stoped coming on the third day too. On the last day they brought 1 grape cut into 4 pieces, which looked like a joke. Mosquitos - there are a lot of nice ponds around the villas, but it means there’s also a LOT of mosquitoes starting from sunset. And they get in your bedroom cause you can’t close the door properly…

The villas are spacious and well maintained. Our ocean villa opened directly on the beach. The private pool was clean and hygienic. We loved the food available. Each villa has a butler assigned and they are very helpful. Overall it was a great place to usher in the new year.

Really friendly and attentive staff. Excellent food. Peaceful location. Good sized villa. Great weather. Good aircon.

Beach a bit grubby, but not too bad. No bar licence.
