We stayed for one night and the price was good compared to other places

The room was rather oldschool (but clean!). The breakfast had limited options. The worst part was that when turning on the light in the bathroom, the fan gave the sound of a plane taking off :D - super loud, non stop sound! It also wasn't cool that the only window in the room was facing the corridor of the hotel which means that in the end we had to keep the blinds down all the time.

Internet is not working properly. Almost impossible to connect. Breakfast is good, but only if you are 10 years old kid. Portions are small. Outside of hotel there are many vendors, taxi drivers who aggressively try to sell you their stuff (actually in the city you cannot avoid this). Don't go to this area for the beach, beach is for vendors, not for you.

One of the reasons I chose the hotel was that I needed laundry Service. According to booking.com they offer laundry Service but in fact they don't. So that was a bit disapppointing.

rundown rooms, safe didn’t work anymore, room wasn’t clean, breakfast was horrible: coffee tasted like chlorine and you have the pleasure to sit on a heavy traffic road . hotel stuff unfriendly.

after traveling through Colombia for two weeks we were desperate to find somewhere QUIET so we could get a full nights sleep. This hotel was perfect for that. it is surrounded by restaurants, some bars and other hotels so there's still plenty around but the room was quiet. it's also not a long trek into the walled city center. breakfast is also great and the staff are very kind.

the beds are a bit hard but so far, that seems to be the normal in Colombia. these very slightly better than others. also the wifi is not great. it doesn't reach to the lobby which is odd and sometimes works in the room but also sometimes doesn't. there was a large smart tv in the room as well with no channels and it couldn't connect to the week wifi so also no smart tv capabilities.

The Hotel is very clean, location is right at Bocagrande (the place where you want to be in Cartagena), the staff is super helpful and always friendly, breakfast is included and always tasted fresh, and the tours offered are less pricey than the ones from the vendors outside in the streets. I would 100% recommend to stay here when in Cartagena. During our stay the receptionist Lourdes was especially helpful. Whenever we needed something, she made it possible. Thank you!

Everything thing about the hotel was great

The area may appeal to some, but all the us based restaurant chains like macdonald's and star bucks made it feel less interesting than other areas of cartehena

The wifi was not good. Breakfast very simple.

It's a lovely old style hotel, it looks delightful. Staff are pleasant. Location is superb.

It feels dated now, bathrooms in particular. The bar is poorly stocked, maintenance work ongoing during stay. It's a bit tired now and needs renovation if they are to charge the rates they are. We won't return unless it improves which is a shame as we have always loved staying here. Breakfast was poor.

The staff was very nice and helpful

Internet was quite bad. The toilette dirty and room was not clean. We had to move the bed because we dropped something and it was disguising, full of dirt and food. Air conditioning was very loud so we had to turn ir it off to sleep. So sleeping was very difficult. Breakfast was good but the terrace extremely hot, and was very annoying and un comfortable eating there with many birds trying to the the food.
