Great location with the old bridge just a short walk away and clean, spacious rooms. The customer service was exceptional from the beginning, super friendly and helpful staff working at reception. I unfortunately got quite sick during my time in Mostar and needed to extend my stay, although my room was already booked by someone else the staff made it work so I didn't have to move rooms and they also offered me tea and chicken soup to make me feel better. Would highly recommend Villa Anri as aside from the fantastic amenities and location, they really go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

Perfect location for our trip to Mostar, easy to find, parking space in front of the door and only a few minutes walk to the old town. Lovely people who made us feel welcome and gave us tips where to get the best vegetarian food. You'll need cash to pay the room (Euros are accepted as well).

Breakfast would have been nice, but unfortunately is not served at the moment due to corona restrictions.

Perfect location - right on the foot of the old town but just outside enough to avoid the noise ! Our room was HUGE so spacious and beautiful, like a little home. We loved our stay and the staff went above and beyond helping with whatever we needed (even when I was sick for a few days, goinf out of their way to help me in every way!)

the hotel is next to the center, with a short stroll to the sights, restaurant and „action“. We had a nice view of the bridge from the terasse. The place certainly has character, yet is for our taste borderline quaint. The lady at the reception was exceptionally nice and helpful. Certainly good value for money

the design and Interieur not our style. No breakfast was served (even though this is mentioned on booking.com). The reason given was that is was due to Corona (in May 2022 - when basically all restrictions had been lifted)

The Staff was never at the desk, I had to call them for check in and somebody had to come from their home in 20 minutes. Same with checking out, nobody in the hotel for staff and had to call and wake them up to come let us check out. also, the wifi was never reliable and very slow. overall not great hotel experience and it seemed like the customer portion of the staff has gone downhill from the many positive reviews I read.

The location was amazing, great view from the balcony and the staff was always willing to assist and answer any questions - I would definitely recommend!

Being very picky now! A bigger shower curtain -- the water got on the bathroom floor because the curtain was small, but it wasn't a big deal.

This is a 5 star place with 7 star host. The location, the comfort in the rooms is superb. Its outside 3 degrees still you can sleep in the room without even a blanket, that how cozy n comfortable things here are. I have rarely seen such a clean and well managed hotel.

Everything is just super comfortable and its not a bugdet place in terms of facilities. It has all the luxury and comfort.

Beautiful view. Just outside old city. 1 minute to walk and you are there. Service was so great!! Our last morning before check out, she brought some yummy chocolate filled pastries and tea up to our terrace. We had a lovely breakfast on our terrace overlooking the Mostar bridge.
