Food, room service, facilities, smell from food preparation at the pool.

This is the second time we visit the hotel. Clean rooms, great food, friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpfull staff!!! Nice waterpark.

-Booked a room for a family of 4..... the initial booking was mentioning 3 twin beds and 1 couch bed BUT when we arrived in the room it included 2 single beds connected together, one small couch bed and a rusty old camp bed!!! that was placed in front of the room entrance (exactly outside of the bathroom!!!). It was obvious that the specific room could not fit more than 2-3 people. For the all inclusive: - All the drinks are awfull, the juices and coke/sprite tasted like syrop, it was not the original drinks we all know. - They serve you the drinks in very small cups. - The food was awfull, plenty of options but non of them had taste and were always cold. Sweets/Fruits after food, are just ok. - The "ice cream" options were only 2, mango and chocolate-vanilla ( that you can buy yourself from LIDL store in a pack very cheap!!!)

Rooms were smaller than expected and snacks were not good

The room was not what we expected it was incredibly small and way different of what it was shown in the booking.com. In other words the pictures were catfishing and it was not what we expected.

Great waterslides in the waterpark area. Also a waterpark seperate for the smaller kids. Nice size swimming pool with the right temperature

Smell in the room was awful. Rooms are old and have just been touched up to make them look reasonable. Drains in the bathroom open and so we found a big cockroach in the room. Dinner was cold and and not fresh.The flies flying around the buffet put us off dinner and we left hungry. Poor desserts. Oily omelette for breakfast.

The breakfast was very good. Very pleasant Cypriot reseptionist and very healpful.The safe guards at the waterpark do a very good job.

Everything was super! Cleaning, Food, friendly staff, value for money! Great location! Pampis the manager in dining was friendly and professional! Waitress Violeta so lovely too. Receptionists Petrina and Tijen were super! Great service at the bar as well. We had a lovely time!! Thanks Narcissos!!!

We loved the waterpark

It was not so clean but this was due to the people staying in the hotel.

Really great for families. They even have entertainment for children throughout the day and night.

The waterpark is for bigger children and the water pressure on the game for the kids is too much..almost hurtful.

very friendly staff specially Petrine at front desk very helpful and easy to talk to! pool areas clean with very helpful lifeguards ! kids love the slides rooms comfortable rooms with small refrigerator ! some problems with the room was fixed !for breakfast was nice touch the omelette

Hotel seems new and well kept. Rooms very spacious for the type of hotel it is. Location was great with few minute walk to the beach and other facilities nearby.

The entertainment was nice but an announcement before any activity and more chatting with the guests would be bring more value. With this said the entertainment girls were very friendly and polite.

The staff was very very polite and helpful (reception, waiters, baristas)!they let us also check out at 3 without extra charge (i really appreciate it)!We stayed in a studio and it was spacious (2 adults, 1 child and one infant (babycot)! Rich breakfast. The swimming pool and the waterpark was very nice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there. We will return for sure!
