clean room, nice staff

Very nice hotel with good rooms and facilities. The best thing was the atmosphere and the great personnel working here. Special thanks to Luca who made us feel very welcomed and Floys who provided us with a fantastic whole day trip that we won’t forget.

Great location near the beach. Quiet and clean, staff were all very friendly. On site restaurant was nice.

Slightly expensive for a fairly basic hotel room.

the restaurant and cafe is very nice, we had very nice breakfast and coffees. the staff and owner are very friendly. the location is very good, right across of the seven mile beach. the garden and trees in the hotel are very beautiful, there are even hummingbirds coming to the flower trees.

the water pressure is very low, sometimes we couldn’t flush the toilet because there was no water coming out. There is very limited hot water too. At night the music from the next door bar is very very loud till 10pm. there was also a cockroach in the room.

The hospitality here is the best! The beds were so comfortable! We loved the ambiance of this family owned property. The Italian food is really authentic. You won't be disappointed by the location or the price of the rooms. We would definitely stay here again! We loved the proximity to everything one would need, from taxi service to fast food to beach across the street.

The room here was very clean. It had a TV with many channels and towels in the room. The AC was working really well keeping the room refreshed for when you come inside from the heat. They have a lady to clean your room daily. Don't forget to leave her a little tip. There is also on site bar and restaurant so you don't have to go far if you are hungry. The hotel is in a great location walking distance from the convenience store and many other bars/restaurants/night clubs. It is also located directly across the street from the famous 7 mile beach. It is less that a one minute walk to get to the beach! I would definitely stay here again.

Only thing missing was a pool

staff were great and well mannered, owners were really nice , location is great for the beach.

wifi didn’t pick up in the room i was staying in, a lot of ants , bit stingy with toilet paper (one a day), food was quite expensive and not very flavourful, got quite noisy as it was neighbouring bars

I had a pleasant stay at Sunrise Club Hotel. The property owner was easily accessible and accommodating. I loved the friendly staff members. I will definitely return.

We had the suite, it was well kept, very clean and spacious. The bed could hold 4 people! The shower was awesome and the bathroom was 10/10. The location was fabulous as we never had far to walk to the amenities. The sunrise club hotel had a very good feel about it and the owner was very accommodating and welcoming. We look forward to returning very soon.

Not a lot. No internet in room, lied about beach access, expensive food...

Most things. How it hasan 8.1 rating is a miracle. Oh, and the sewerage every morning was wonderful...

It was close to my event so that was really good for me

I couldn’t pick up the wifi in my room And the cable didn’t work ….. would recommend they upgrade to some fire stick tv … and more router over the property to distribute the wifi

Staff were very friendly! Big up to Candice and Luca! They were super hospitable and when we visit Negril again we will be staying with them again.

Didn't seem to be staff around on a few occasions when I needed them Also I didnt see any security on the 2 days I stayed. People can walk in the grounds freely by just sliding the gate.
