Pools & slides were great for the kids to play on, pool snack bar with good choice of snacks and drinks. Shop on level 0 well stocked daily with all you need for an apartment stay.

Staff were quite rude and unhelpful. We didn’t feel welcome at all so spent very little time on the complex
The complex was too big so it was difficult to get around easily and it was easy to get lost
A lot of the facilities like the bars and shops were closed most or all of the time.
We were accused of having a party in one of our rooms when we weren’t at the hotel. That really annoyed us and made us feel even more unwelcome. It made us feel like we were unwanted there and as a result we stayed away as much as possible.
When we checked out in the morning, we weren’t allowed to use the pool or stay on the complex. Wherever we sat, we were asked to move.
I’ve never encountered this at any other hotel that I have stayed at.

The apartment was clean and had the most spectacular views. The swimming pools are great, with a restaurant and shop onsite. Excellent location.
The only downside was that not all the pools and slides were open as we went in April but that is very minor as we still had access to 2 great pools and some slides!

Benalmadena is definitely a place to stay with family as it's pretty and all the attractions are close by Selwo Marina is literally 5minutes walk from apartment. The communication with owner is really great-quick &efficient
When we arrived it was a night time.First thing we had noticed was a really strong smell. I believe it was from chemicals used in order to clean apartment but it was extremely irritating and because it was a night time we couldn't leave a patio door open.We ended up all itching and unable to sleep first night.

Location amazing our room 672 block 3 had the most amazing views and huge balcony terrace area for sunbathing and dinning .
The night concierge wasn't good .my nieces aged 18 locked the key in their apartment at 11 pm by accident and he was no help at all suggested they sleep outside!. I had to Google translate MASTER KEY until the security guard decided to look for it and found a bag full of master keys . Very unhelpful concierge.

The apartment we were given had 2 very large balconies with great views over the whole area.
We have stayed a few times at this property, but the only downside this time was that there was nowhere to leave luggage on the day of departure (we have been able to do this on previous visits). We had a 7pm pickup time for our transfer to the airport and having to carry luggage about for 7 hours just wouldn't have been possible for my elderly father (he's 83) had I not been there to help him. We were offered the opportunity to keep the room on, but would have been charged for another night's accommodation which seemed excessive. This was really the only issue we had, especially when the property is so large with plenty of space to be able to provide this service.

Location was very good, near the beach, complex had many useful facilities and pools, many parking spaces, restaurants and groceries nearby, also quiet at night. Room had good location in house. I would visit again.

We were lucky with the apartment we had (it was a corner apartment and the terrace was huge!). It was very comfortable and we couldn't have asked for me. We have stayed in this complex many times now and it is in a perfect location. Unfortunately because it was winter all of the facilities were closed so cannot comment on same but the pool etc is amazing and ideal complex for families
Please note that you cannot leave your bags in reception (or separate room) now which we had done before which is very inconvenient if you have a later flight and you have to drag your suitcase around with you. This is the first time ever that this has happened to us in all our years of holidaying. Also the staff in reception are quite rude which is very disconcerting.
