Very nice location with a great view to the Lago Maggiore and a wonderful balcony to sit outside. It was very quiet well temperatured in the flat.

Beautiful view and a super cosy room with a view to die for. Easy parking. Best place to enjoy Lago Maggiore. The breakfast on the balcony is incredible. The hosts are totally nice and welcoming. Definitely will come back.

Beautiful view from the bedroom and balcony, spacious apartment with good amenities and the host was really helpful. Charming and friendly neighbourhood, lovely back garden, good Wi-fi and parking nearby.
Not a big deal, but I wish we knew that there are quite a few steps and narrow alleys from the parking to the apartment. This is a charming walk, but a bit difficult to carry heavy luggages.

The view from the rooftop was amazing. The house was located on a mountainside with a fantastic view on the lake. Everything was clean. Breakfast was very good and the hosts were super friendly.
It was not so easy to find the house as the address is that of the parking. But, no problem with open eyes. ;)

The breakfast service is amazing and really lovely :) The apartment is clean and nice with a stunning view. There is nothing bad to say about it. We would recommend a car.

Friendly host. Answers all questions fast, accurate and reliable.
Breakfast is simple, but well priced, well portioned and always delivered on time.
Wi-Fi is good.
We had a lot of noise from our sanitair (toilet, sink and shower pipes) all night long.
Room was clean but old fashioned and not luxurious.

Situated on a hill all apartments of the Residenza share the same stunning view of Lago Maggiore.
It has a friendly and helpful host, great hiking possibilities, and it’s very quiet around the Residenza.
Nothing really I didn’t like.
