One of our favourite hotels always welcoming and a great way to end a trip to Spain, close to the ferry for next day sailing, it's become a regular final stop.
Not a thing, everything was perfect as usual

The hotel was an absolute gem in a place that was lovely, although unknown to most tourists. Great ammenities. The morning receptionists were very helpful in organising a visit to local prehistoric caves for us.
It was very difficult to find - we drove past it many times at dusk. Should have a bigger lit up sign.
Also, a small issue, but the first room we were checked into, actually had another guests belongings in it- we had to alert reception staff to this

I found this hotel last minute and I can see the appeal and how the reviews about when it is actually fully operational make sense, it does have lovely structures and areas. However, when I visited in March during the week the hotel was pretty much shut down. No terrace, bar, or good breakfast. The staff did give some fruits and biscuits to eat in the room. The rooms are ok and the location is great for walks and sightseeing. Safe parking is available and staff are friendly.
Knowing that many facilities are not available out of season would have been nice to read before booking. I might have missed it but I did not see anything at the time of booking. The walls are quite thin and you can hear people.

Great overnight pit stop for us before heading into the mountains and onto Portugal. Staff were really helpful and we had a great meal in the restaurant. Underground parking was a bonus.

Mini suite with good kitchenette. Tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. Great value for money.
There is a cleaning charge if you don't clean the kitchen and a 2€ charge for cleaning stuff, so a good idea to bring a cloth yourself. Also there is no sharp knife in the kitchen.
The shower is very slippery when wet, I think it needs some anti -slip added to the base or even a rail.

the location is superb. the staff was very helpful. the parking is great.
the internet does not work in the room. the room was not clean, the mattress was not comfortable. Due to the time of year, there was no breakfast, we received some packaged food instead. we were informed of this fact too late to change the reservation.

The hotel in very modern and came as a complete surprise within a residential area comprising expensive properties forming a village on the coastal cliff-tops of Cantabria about 40 miles from Santander. The village is only a few kilometres from the Oviedo-Santander motorway but the road is very tortuous. The hotel has secure underground parking and a good restaurant serving an excellent breakfast. It is only a short walk to the beach and cliffs.
We were fortunate to find the dining room open because a party of German tourists were staying but I think that the dining room is not normally open every night.

A delightful place, modern but not unpleasantly so. Couldn’t believe it was over ten years old. Lovely light and airy public areas. Good size room with kitchenette facilities if required. Lovely quiet village with a couple of other eateries, close to the sea, within easy reach of Santander. Secure parking in basement garage.
Nothing particularly.

Most of the staff only speak Spanish.

We have stayed before and had no hesitation in booking again. The location is convenient from the Santander ferry. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant is very good indeed. There is even secure parking under the hotel for motorcyclists like us. Recommended.
No complaints at all.
