The hotel is well located between the new and old town Sozopol.

The room wasn’t cleaned. We were refused dinner after 20:00 hrs. The air-conditioner was not working properly, and, after I complained and asked for another room with working air-conditioner, I was assured it will be fixed. After we returned from the beach, it was still not working.

Close to the best beach and good restaurants.

Room was not clean when we got there and Has not been cleaned during our stay, towels changed only twice through the week. Food (breakfasts) was really bad, AC basically just mixing the air but not cooling it.

Location is ok

Toilet unacceptable dirty however wrapped with sanitary bag advising it has been disinfected. Floor was filfy as well as bunch of hair stuck on feet the second you walk out of bathroom. Lift out of order. Breakfast is good however milk for coffee is payable. Size of room is good and is fairly new. Fridge a bit rusty but works for cooling some water.

The towels had stains on them and they were smelling strange even tho they seemed to be put by cleaning ladies. Sofa was extremely not comfortable! The pillows had stains as well and they didn’t change our towels in the room we needed to ask.. they didn’t leave any extra toilet paper and the phone in the room was not working for us to call reception. we need to go down to complain and request whatever we needed. receptionist also was too slow there was always queue to talk to her. I would say it’s ok if you will stay 1-2 nights only and you want somewhere but definitely not more than that ! and the price to its value doesn’t match but for 3 people we didn’t pay that much so at least this was ok

The receptionist wasn't that polite. She tried to help but was a bit rude when I asked her questions.

Breakfast was lovely with a great choice of different traditional Bulgarian pastries, yogurt, fruits, cheese, olives, salads, etc.

Good location with a 5 min walk to the beach. Food was good even though the breakfast was more or less the same every morning, the dinner had good variety. The staff was helpful and offered us the best they could to fulfil our needs so we can have acess to a room with good wi fi and a view.

There are no parking spots. Airconditioner was loud and rattling all the time. Wi-Fi was not good enough (Only about 3-4 mb/s) and had to rely on paid 4G instead.

The location, room space and the friendly staff are the only reasons to stay at.

The furniture, beds, mattresses, pillows are too old, uncomfortable and smelly. Could be much better if renovated. No parking spots, no matter that they say free parking, even if you want to pay there are no such options nearby.
