lovely place to stay. clean big rooms. the owner doesn’t speak English but her son does. they booked a jeep tour for us and a bus to Dalat and was all good. We had breakfast there and was really good!

it’s in a good area is close to everything and a clean room on arrival and good balcony
they did not clean our room during the stay and it was 3 days, it’s not the most comfortable bed and very average, balcony is nice but doesn’t have chairs or anything.

The cleanliness of this place leaves much to be desired. There was a colony of pharaoh ants in the room… The bathroom was not completely cleaned: there was a towel left by the previous guests, and boxes of used soaps were left next to the sink. Even though the staff is nice and helpful, I do not recommend it because of these ants…

Nice hotel, great value for money. Bigger than expected, with nice pool and bar area, restaurant and clean, comfortable rooms. It's close to some restaurants and little stores. The hotel can also organise the jeep sand dunes tour for you, as well as bus pick up outside the hotel to your next destination.
Everything in Mui Ne is on a long stretch of road, you'd have to get a taxi or bike to go to the beach from the hotel

The staff was very friendly. She helped us with reservation of transport. The breakfast was also very delicious.

Facility is old and cheaply made. Voices and sound from the next rooms were too noisy. Shower didn’t provide hot water.

Room was clean, near beach
Noise during the whole night that i could not sleep well but the owner had explained so it can be acceptable. Anyway, owner should remind customers to end in the middle of the night at the latest.

Good size room & bathroom with hot shower. Grumpy unhelpful staff. No balcony as advertised in any room and Rats in restaurant.

Decent room size. Value for money. New renovated bathroom so it's clean. Walking distance to The Sinh Tourist office.
The hotel responded to allow early check-in at 10am but the receptionist disallowed until 12pm.
When I returned around 6pm in the evening and couldn't find the receptionist until 15mins later.
There's no proper soundproof and noises along the road can easily keep light sleeper awake. Blanket is a small sheet which barely cover one person's full body.
