Garden and trees are amazing. The joglo House is so beautiful. staff at checkin was very friendly and kind. the housekeeping is very proactive, they cleaned twice my joglo and always open and close curtains for us. i loved the shower area with Stone wall and floor.

the staff at check-out even didn’t bother to say goodbye or thank you. he wasn’t very friendly. i had to complain during my stay about bicycle rental and he wasn’t really concerned about my issue. also, the staff at the Beach side is not really proactive. They mostly seating close to the bar and waiting for guests to walk to them to make an order. while it should be them to go around and ask for what Customer would need. regarding the joglo House, if you’re more than 170cm, which is standard size for western, your Head will constantly hit the lamp from your way to the joglo to the shower area. disturbing Especially at night.

Breakfast was great. The bungalows were very comfortable, clean and big. We really enjoyed our stay in this place. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

The villa was a bit far from the Harbour. But, it’s really worth it if you want to relax at the beach.

Service could be better....Especially in a restaurant. They are all not providing to you a feeling of being wellcome .. just standard low expectation service

we loved the location on the beachfront further away from the hustle and bustle near the ferry port. the bungalows felt very private and were tastefully decorated. we really appreciated the staff who were very kind and attentive. breakfast were very tasty and substantial, as were their seafood bbq dinners. would 100% recommend and would love to return again in the future

Desa Dunia offers a fantastic chance for us to properly wind down. We love its peacefulness and serenity; staff were amazing and food was excellent!

It would be great to have smaller size bikes so we can all explore the island together.

Lovely big rooms/villas, very well spread out. Quiet and peaceful. Helpful staff.

Having to go down steps to the bathroom which is outside at night. The wooden door to the bathroom was very cumbersome to open and close, as well as noisy.No mosi nets on any windows so difficult to air. Although a lot of lamps the lighting in the rooms were insufficient. A little step to climb up onto the bed would be useful. Tge villas are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There also is not a wellness centre as advertised. External masseurs are brought in if you wish and you can have a massage in one of the gazebos by the pool on cushions from a sun bed- not very comfortable and more costly. The place is genera nice but feels a bit tired.

Beautiful and quiet location. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The bungalow was spotless and had a beautiful sea view.

The rental bicycles are really old and need updating.

location was great with snorkelling right outside the resort. It was also far enough away from the noisy backpacker resorts but close enough to pedal into town or stroll to other bars/restaurants & snorkelling locations. The resort bar was the perfect spot for breakfast, evening cocktails & turtle spotting. Staff were always friendly

Could do with offering some snorkelling masks. Sometimes they ran out of bikes for the guests.

THe Rooms are good, clean and big, with a nice bathroom outside, the manager and the people were very friendly and at our service all the time. The overall Island was quite hit due the pandemic so is visible things are not in place, specail for us becasuse we came just few days after in May they open to turist. The Hotel is by the Beach side, you can have breakfast , lunch and dinner there by the beach properly, and you can observe the turtles swiming in front of you. There around by walk or better by bike, you can go around the island, and then go to the more noise places, here is peace and love, very silent. They have a superb salt water swiming pool.

There was an instalation of a pipe in front of the beach by the municiaplity that just takes out a bit the view, but seems they were about to finish in June 22

Staff was super helpful and always willing to do what they could.

Property is on the other side of the street from the Sea with not much beach. And there's a rather major construction project going on that impedes the view and eats up access to the beach.

Beautiful property right on the beach! The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The staff are top notch and ensure that you have everything you need for your stay. 5 stars!

Everything was fantastic!

This is such a beautiful resort! Situated on a lovely beach, it has around 12 Javanese Joglo bungalows, each one with enough space around it for privacy. The staff is great too, and we loved the breakfast!
