It was an excellent stay for the price.
Some things were a bit worn but there was everything you could need.

Great house and quiet location, close to the beach and just around street corner from local shops, cafes, bakery and all the necessities.
The house is really great but needs a detailed clean and a bit of TLC, the washing machine is the dodgiest and gets stuck on spinning or draining but somehow we managed to restart the process and it would finish. The bedding needs a good wash and at least that should be easy to rectify by the owners.
The kitchen is well equipped but bring your own supplies for dishwashing powder, liquid and even hand soap as there wasn't enough of anything for our 5 day stay. Overall, really great property and we'd definitely stay again. The backyard was great for kiddos and the verandah was perfect for adults. Plenty of toys left there for the kids as well as reading materials.

I love how the house is close to all the amenities and a 5min drive to the beach.
It was very comfortable and homely with a fresh update with there furnishings and new soft carpeting.
Needs to be updated with the photos inside of the house ..it is much more modern and appealing now .
Normanville is a great place to have a holiday has so many surrounding fabulous beaches to go to see and enjoy..this property has definitely won our heart. we will be back 😊

Great family getaway!
Fantastic weekend away with the family. Great location, walking distance to the main street and beach. Awesome cafes and relaxing vibe all round. We also explored Deep Creek Conservation Park and Second Valley.

Brilliant family friendly home
We loved our recent stay at Pencil Pine. We were 2 families staying together and the kids happily shared the bunk room. Plenty of space to hang out with 2 living spaces and a backyard, and we appreciated the games, books, dvds etc. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked a roast and hot cross buns in the oven. The location is fantastic, about a 1 minute walk to the shops and a few minutes down the street to a little park for the kids. The beach was about a 12-15 min walk. All in all, we felt our stay was very relaxing. Thanks.

We enjoyed our stay after a few issues that the owners were quick to rectify. Easy walking distance to shops and beach. Loved it loved it loved it. We will definitely return for another stay.
