Great breakfast, view from room excellent Staff very friendly

Hotel very dated, our room was in the attic, so half of the ceiling was much lower than the rest, making moving around difficult. Ear plugs were supplied, which we realised were to block out the noise from the trains going by directly outside the hotel!!!

De ligging Propere kamer Het ontbijt was heel goed

Veel😒 Rudesheim was precies verlaten 😯 . Een paar winkeltjes en hotels waren open . De tijd van het jaar zeker .!! Hotelkamer: hadden zicht op de parking , een waterkoker maar niks om een koffie te maken , geen tas niks. Men kon wel iets meenemen van de bar naar je kamer ! Kleine kamer , wat verouderde badkamer met zo een klein verwarmingstoestelletje 🙃. Word tijd dat ze daar alles isoleren men hoorde alles 😒( doortrekken toilet, het lopen van het water, praten , ......)Voor de rust moet je daar niet overnachten.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Rhein und ist sehr zentral gelegen.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit aber okay und Personal freundlich. Frühstück okay.

Clean, good location, affordable, and good value. Breakfast was above average.

Rooms on the smaller side and noisy if other travel lees are loud in the hallway. Room door doesn’t provide soundproofing.

Smooth check-in by very friendly staff, clean room with clean bathroom, complimentary water in the room. Location is perfect, right in the heart of town, walking distance to everything. Loads of restaurants allover. On the corner of the famous Drosselgasse. Had a glass of great wine at the hotel bar, local Riesling, a must! Private parking possible in their garage, also a public parking field around the corner. Breakfast was more than I expected, with smoked salmon and champagne. Will definitely be back! Danke schön!

Very nice hotel on the bank of Rhine, close to the train station, boat tours, tourist information, and basically everything. as Rudesheim is quite small. Very good breakfast. Staff was very helpful, and they graciously changed our room when we asked.

Breakfast was good but way too crowded because they served 2 hotels in same room. So we had to wait for a table and lineups for food. The breakfast staff and reception staff were terrific. The location was excellent. The rooms have a safe which although small was very good.

The crowded breakfast room serving 2 hotels was a minor issue but the parking situation was terrible. The paid underground parking is for small cars only. City parking is expensive and must be paid before 9 AmM. Plus, the 2 small bottles of water in your room is not complementary. You pay for them. Too small and too expensive and we were not aware that we had to pay. Trains pass every 5 minutes or so which you cannot hear with the windows closed but even in September the rooms were very warm at night and opening the windows was not a viable option. The 4th floor rooms have stairs after the 3rd floor elevators. So if stairs are a problem request rooms on the first 3 floors.
