The cleaning was very bad and they took our own towels from home without bringing them back or give compensation. The hotel does not answer me on mail about this.

All was good, the only problem with people not following night silence rule

The complex is much larger than it looks in the pictures and it is harder to get bored sitting in the resort. The clean and beautiful pools, aerobics activities provided by the complex and a fabulous breakfast have made the resort a place I want to return to.

Free parking spaces can be a headache if you return late at night.

The resort would have been incredible had it of been open properly... it was in a decent location with being only 15min walk from the strip. The beach is lovely!

Unfortunately, the hotel was mostly closed as out of season which has no mention on the website. We arrived around 9pm, there was no reception staff at all to check us in, we had to be shown our room by the security guard who didn't understand English (not his fault as it isn't his job!) We then went to speak to reception the following day and they told us that off peak they finish work at 6pm. All restaurants were closed except one. Only one pool was open with most being empty. We were told that if we wanted a room with a kitchen then we had to pay extra (bearing in mind the hotel was mostly empty and nothing was open).

Amazing property! Would come back 100%. Beautiful.

Nothing to fault

Such a beautiful complex! It was clean and well maintained everywhere! The pools are amazing! A healthy 10 min walk to the beach. I visit every year!

No bunnies. No veggie garden.

Cascadas is nice ressort .

I dislike the fact that in my studio wasn't a washing machine, a kitchen box which I thought every studio has.I wouldn't pay that price only to sleep on double bed.I go there for my son and this was very important point that disappointed me, because to move me in a normal studio I needed to pay extra which I refuse. Hope people are checking this details.

We were expecting Cascadas family resort to be good, however, it was amazing! We stayed for 10 days and we enjoyed every minute of it. Exceptional place to stay with children, truly amazing! The resort was so beautifully looked after, the pools are amazing, the gardens and the resort’s surroundings were beautiful. Would recommend it to anyone! The food at the restaurants was exceptionally good as well and just added to our whole experience, which made our stay even more lovely. We will definitely be returning again and can’t wait actually to be back at Cascadas family resort again!

we paid for a pool view apartment cascades desputed but after showing a photo of the booking confirming a pool view they agreed we would get a pool view apartment however when we were put in an apartment with road view and it took a day to get relocated to another apartment with pool view noisy motorway nearby no curtain at all on one window of the main bedroom and other curtains not blackout with no solution offered by cascades no pony available for rides at the cascades paddock no heated pools and so were to cold to use in early season no childrens club exists as advertised broken shower door towel holder and hair drier usb sockets in main bedroom not working only 2 balcony chairs for 3 of us loose main bedroom bed head animation teams did not start until 10th june at the end of our holiday advertised electronics games room and kids pavillion did not exist kitchen extractor was loose falling down wood lice in bathroom main door fob security into the building was defeated by floor height opening windows to corridors very harsh over bright lighting to loungs and bedrooms little storage in the kitchen due to ducts and extractor filling cupboards no oven provided no fitted sheets to beds leaving us notted up in the morning on the undersized flat sheets exposed lift electrics were dangerous inadequate sound proofing to windows for motorway and seagull noise many apartments occupied by private residents only cascades restaurant open when there should have been more damaged kitchen chair filthy floors under beds no wardrobe to second bedroom with very low ceilings broken kitchen sink plug terrible odours from washing machine broken ironing board steam temperature hot water tiny washing machine drum

Room was good and clean, staff - responsive. Modern look and very green complex. I would come back in case of a good deal.

It was out of season so some of the facilities did not work, pools not heated. Breakfast was way too expensive to pay for - 15 euro per person! I thought that was not inviting particularly in out of season period.

The resort itself was lovely, very spacious, pools were clean & grounds were very well kept, the apartment was very clean too, however, our view was facing what looked like a bus yard & the 1 other family that were there had also booked through booking.com & they had the same view. There weren't many holiday makers there, there seemed to be plenty of families residing in the resort on a full time basis rather than on holiday, there was no entertainment for the kids, there were no activities around the pool during the day & no music, just a total lack of holiday spirit. We had to leave the resort every evening to go into town, if we were to visit Sunny Beach again we would stay in a different resort as there were plenty others closer to town that had more life in them. If your looking for a very quite holiday this would be the place to stay.

The Complex is Amazing, pools and all the different areas are beautiful, clean and well set .Flat was well equipped for a Family of 5.
