This was an amazing stay! Beautiful house with everything you could possibly need. Very close to the beach. 10/10!

We loved this property and it gave everyone enough room to be together or a little space alone if you choose. We would have liked to have seen the house to be cleaner by means of cleaning under beds to remove the previous guests things. One of the shower curtains was moldy. And have the maintenance come in and fix one of the bedroom's bathrooms shower faucet. You couldn't turn the knob all the way to hot or cold. The knob was broken a little so that shower never got very hot water. Just a few things but overall a great house with lots of amenities. Also, the way onto the beach from the street the house is on was a bit of a hill that some of our elderly family members couldn't go onto the beach that way.

This beach house was beautiful and exactly as pictured! They had a great stock of yard games, board games, Ruko on the TVs for a rainy on day, and a very short walk to the beach! Most of all our family spent so much time in the amazing pool. It was perfect temperature and size for 12 people. I would definitely stay here again.
The dollar general store and local deli is very close by but for that first grocery run it is about a 25 minute drive down to the food lion FYI. We also tried a few of the local restaurants and were not disappointed. Great 2023 family vacation!

This home had everything we needed. Best stocked kitchen we have ever had and small personal touches from the homeowners really set this place apart. The walk to the beach was very easy and safe. Not having to cross a main road with small children was very nice. Had a large pool and a quiet neighborhood so relaxing was very easy.

We just got back from a wonderful week at Playtime. House was plenty spacious for 6 adults and a toddler. We are considering renting again for next year. The bottom door is due to a piece of metal sticking out which we had to be mindful about not hurting ourselves on. Also, the wood around the pool is rough and the handle bar to enter the pool is very loose and it's because it can't screw into the rotten wood beneath. Other than this, everything was wonderful!

The house is a at a great location. However it was not clean and is older. It needs some up grades. The railings and ladder in the pool were rusted and loose. The front steps jiggle when you go up them. If it was up dated and clean it would be amazing.

The yard is huge and the children enjoyed playing on the swing set/slide. The pool is also bigger than most private pools. We especially enjoyed the large rooms and porches. When we had some issues with the AC, it was a quick and easy process to get maintenance to fix it. It was a great week!
