Beautiful home, owners were great to work with. Only disappointment was description in listing stated easy beach access. That was not the case, only way to the beach was to scale a rock wall during low tide, difficult to do with a 2 year old and elderly parents.

Ocean front barely speaks to the truth of this property. Our access to the beach was limited by the season and its high tides, but a 7 minute walk/drive either direction gets you sandy and wide open beach to swim and sun.
The beauty and splendor outside are enjoyed equally as well while comfortably seated inside. Each room was comfortably appointed. The bathrooms were well stocked and showers spacious for adults/children.
The 4 big(ger) grands enjoyed the sand toys (the outdoor shower was fully tested!).
As SoCal natives dwelling in the SoNev desert for 30+ years we raised daughters who love the ocean—and beaches. We are grateful to enjoy watching them raise their children to do the same! This house provided the perfect setting.

Great home with great views! Everything was as described, clean, awesome location. No direct beach access due to high tide and the rocks leading down to the water (I think beach access is permitted during other times of the year via a path next to the property). But there is a great sandy back area facing the ocean to sit and enjoy! Very close drive to restaurants and local beaches. Will stay again and recommend!

Spacious home, worked well for our extended family of 12. Loved the private yard/sand area & quiet neighborhood. Easy to book & check in. Kitchen was clean, well stocked & easy to prepare meals in. Appreciated 2 refrigerators for all the food & drinks. Lots of seating, inside & outside. Sand toys are available outside but no toys or amenities (pack & play, high chair, etc) for children inside. Parking for 2 cars in garage & additional free street parking if needed. Definitely recommend & would book again!

Celebrated my wife’s 60th Birthday! The house was perfect, the view was incredible, and we loved it. Highly recommend this property!

Beds were comfy. Lots of space and storage for 3 families to sleep, shower, hang and be beach bums. Management was awesome as we had 1 minor problem with the microwave and it was changed out same day. Lots of toys and beach comforts provided. Kitchen essentials were stocked for easily cooking full meals at the house. Double washer and dryer were a nice surprise! Fridge was big and bonus fridge in the garage was helpful. House had lots of little essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent, shower and beach towels, chairs and small stock of paper goods. Clean house and well kept.

Rented beach house with my children and grandkids. We were n town to attend my nieces college graduation at UCSD. Home was very nice but a bit outdated. Backyard “ocean” was great. Lack of basic supplies was a little aggravating but overall a very nice home. Would be interested in renting again.

This property was very very well kept and maintained. All spaces are very large, especially the top floor with a huge open floor plan and all with window to ten ocean! The design of this house is great for large groups and doesn’t feel like a typical beach house(small spaces). Plenary of room for the kids to be gaming on the tv while the adults sit, chat, sip, all while enjoying the view. Everything about our stay was truly top notch, check in to communication with ownership and so on! Highly recommend this property!!

A group of 10 of us stayed in this amazing home and it was everything we had hoped for. We saw dolphins each day right in front of the house and even a seal playing one morning.. Don’t hesitate to book, you’ll have a great time. My only suggestion to the owners is to replace the mattresses on the sleeper sofas in the basement. They were extremely uncomfortable. We ended up pulling the mattresses off the frame and laying them on the floor to sleep so we didn’t have to deal with the bars. Other than that it was perfect.

Great home right on the beach. Well appointed kitchen, had pretty much everything we needed to cook/bake and plate food. garage can fit 2 cars, ample street parking. Beds are ok, a bit soft for me. Lots of blankets and throws, plenty of towels. '5th' bedroom is a tv/rec room with 2 fold out queen sofas.
Two sets of Washers/Dryers- party of 12 could do much laundry.
Good waves for both surfing and body boarding.
Lots of chairs on the sandy backyard area with a firepit.
Grill is on front porch and a charcoal grill set up, not propane.

The property was double booked, leaving me and my party of 10 HOMELESS! We were sent just one link from Logan for a hotel to stay in... that was ALSO booked solid and had NO availability!! We flew in all the way from Texas and VRBO completely RUINED our vacation. I am completely disgusted. Hands down the worst experience of my life. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

Beachfront Home Birthday celebration
We loved our stay at this amazing beachfront property over the Memorial Day holiday. We were celebrating my 40th birthday and my Father's 66th bday. Our group of 11 people, which included my 2 boys (8 & 3 yrs old) all comfortably fit in this amazing home. The private sandy front yard was the best feature.... our kids loved it and it kept them safe and happily occupied. We enjoyed hanging out on the nice patio deck and taking in the views. The house was very well stocked with lots of amenities. We took advantage of the charcoal bbq grill and ate at the house most meals. The fire pit was a nice touch as well, the kids made s'mores. Like most reviewers have stated, the actual beach is not usable the majority of the time, only at low tide. We did go bodyboarding and swimming at low tide just out front. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Spot
Private beach was absolutely fantastic for my 2 year old to play in the sand. When we felt like getting wet, we took the boogie boards down to the ocean area. There are rocks you need to climb down to get to the water, but it is definitely worth it once you reach the sandy beach area. Roomy house, beautiful kitchen, and a nice courtyard for grilling and hanging out. Perfect family vaca spot. Thank you Logan for your quick responses.

Our Oceanside vacation
The property is an old property, but location is perfect for adults. For toddlers the sand in the backyard is wonderful, but swimming for kids that are five to teenagers Will not work unless it is low tide. The description of the property does not explain that the beach is all rocks unless the tide is low. The owner was very helpful, but the property needs an upgrade as there is rust on the vents and the carpet is old. Property is also overpriced as well.

Beautiful beachfront property with a firepit
We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our group of 12 adults. The firepit was awesome. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. We watched the dolphins play every morning!

Aah--it couldn't be more relaxing
This is our 3rd Thanksgiving at this property. As ages have changed so have the room assignments but this location has the bedroom and bath arrangements to make it work. Fun local neighborhood shopping, and great sunsets!

Beautiful home away from home!!
We traveled from midwest Illinois and our family had an absolutely wonderful time! It is super functional for ALL ages. This is a beautiful, quiet, comfortable home. We appreciated the basics of home supplied for us. There is plenty of space to relax, play, or read. Although we had a blessing of a time, we wished it was stated in the listing that there is a possibility of NO beach at ALL. We stayed 5 nights and planned to walk the beach morning and evening but the waves came to the rocks with no place to walk. Also, if you need or like to come into a cool home after being outside, the air conditioner can not keep up with the large house. Our entire family was so grateful for the beautiful scenery, peaceful home and being together that it was not a deal breaker but I do think the air conditioner struggle could be an issue for some people. This beautiful home is so much cozier than staying in a hotel for an entire family to share time. We miss the ocean already!! Our 4 yr old grandchild has repeatedly stated "Can we go back to our house at the beach and be altogether?"

Great time but no beach.
Even though the description pointed out ,( that they can’t predict tides and how much beach is available). Even at the lowest tide, there was no beach there all week. I think you need to describe property as what it is. “Nice scenery with very limited or sometimes no beach availability”. That would’ve been a game-changer for me. Otherwise a very beautiful and comfortable home to stay in. Manager quick to respond and took care of issues.

Beach House
The property was as described, very easy to access, open with beautiful views of the ocean and a great location. We appreciated the ability to have access to the garage for parking and unloading which was very helpful.
We had a couple concerns but nothing major and were assisted by the management staff promptly when needed. We were a little disappointed in the amount of kitchen cabinets that were not accessible to us (locked) since we brought a significant amount of food and other items we thought we'd need to prepare our meals. It would be helpful if the owners provided a more detailed list of what was available (i.e. blender, crock pot, coffee pot etc.) since we didn't know and brought our own.
Overall we were very happy with the home and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Again, I appreciate the responsiveness of the staff to communicate with me and provide items we needed help with during our visit! Thank you, we'll be back!

Our family enjoyed a very relaxing stay in this beautiful home! Everything was extremely clean and organized, the kitchen complete with everything we needed to cook and enjoy the beach right out front. The private sandy area in front of the house was perfect for our two-year-old granddaughter. Thanks!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Beautiful ocean view and spacious. Can’t beat hearing the ocean 24/7. My daughter enjoyed playing with the toys in the sand. We saw dolphins swimming in the morning and Sunsets at night. I would stay again!

Always a GOOD Time with Family
We had a good time! For our 12 year olds and 11 year olds, it was initially quite a bummer to not be able to swim in the water right in back of the house. The rocks were unbearable on the feet and the water was pretty rough. The house and sand/patio were great. We did have to go around and around with property management over rescheduling (COVID-19)...we were told it could only transfer to the exact same dates, which didn’t work for our spring break. It was a bit awkward to have locals walking through the backyard, for what we thought was private. And out of anyone’s control, a part of the sheet rock roof fell, while my little one was in the courtyard, so that also was an unexpected scare. Overall we had a good time with family.

Excellent location; extremely comfortable house
As soon as you walk in, the location directly on the ocean is stunning. View runs the full width of the house, which is very comfortable, with excellent beds and seating areas. We had a problem with not enough towels being provided for 6 people, and it was resolved within the hour. Just check that they have left enough, as there are no extras anywhere. Other issue, which is easily fixed, is that the internet log-in information in the check-in information provided is completely wrong, as is the info posted on the breakfast bar. There is an outlet above the breakfast bar that has a network shown that is not exactly what comes up, but is close enough to get you where you want to go. We had to call twice to find out where to look for that info. Very high end furnishings, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Just be prepared with your own spices and condiments. Refrigerator in kitchen is large; there is another in the garage, and a small one on the lower level that exits to the beach area. This is not a house for wading in the water or swimming, as it is very rocky. However, the crashing waves are spectacular, as are the sunsets.

Perfect location for a family to enjoy beach life! There were plenty of comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms to accomodate 12 of us. The property is well appointed and in an excellent location. It was especially nice to have our own sand for the young grand children to play in.
