The location

the bed was not comfortable and also not clean we saw hair on it even before we use it and because of that we couldn't stay the 2 days we booked. We hardly slept one night and we couldn't stay any longer.

kitchen was very small and no place for drying dishes. the dining area on has place for 4 so some people need to eat in the living room. a balcony would have been a nice to have. the 2 double beds very comfortable but the extra beds was not so good

Very friendly and forthcoming host. Enough space in the apartment for six adults (eight adults do not really fit though). Parking and the location of the flat/building were good. Bathrooms as seen on the pictures.

Wi-Fi quality could be improved, varied throughout the day. The Three-Bedroom Apartment was separated by the general (public) staircase of the building, and one bedroom was only reachable through another one. This information was not apparent from the offer on booking.com.

The location was absolutely perfect, just a few minutes away from the centre and we even managed to have fresh "brötchen" in the morning. We could easily go for walks in the beautiful town, go back "home" for lunch and back out for a nice outing. We enjoyed a great view of the hills and trees as well as gorgeous sunsets and sunrises from the little quiet balcony. We were also able to safely park the car in their allocated area.

The only negative point was the smoke coming from the flat under, we were bothered whether it be during meals on the balcony or while cooking or chilling on the bed with the window/door open. Thankfully it wasn't the whole time, only specific moments of the day.

It was a nice surprise to find out that the property was located a bit lower than the street level, so it stayed cool during the heat wave. The location of the appartment was equally ideal: a quiet street, but only a 5 minute walk from the main street. The rooms were spacious and equiped with all the essentials. Our landlady was always eager to help if we had a question, and when we had problems with the wifi, she didn't stop looking for a solution until we had a good connection.
