Pool,

We did not get the room we booked, and had two people had to share the double bed for the fiirst night, The second night we were upgraded to a better room.

And as we could have our dog there was a bonus

We liked the main pool again very run down though , the hot pool in our room was great but again run down and rusty pipes etc

Dangerous things everywhere , low power points , broken tiles , mould and severely under maintained pools

Location is good, though being on a main road is noisey. The cold main pool is good too.

The unit we had (29) is in a very very degraded and poor condition, poor ventilation in the bathroom has left mould around the ceiling, the sliding door is not wide enough to ensure privacy for people inside. Vanity broken. General finish is totally bad. Considering how full the place was and what they charge, some money set aside for a lick of paint and some maintenance would be worthwhile. The fridge was not working and we lost our food overnight, compensation was worked out once this was found to be the case (but I would of preferred the fridge to work) Parking in front of unit 29 is terrible, a man hole in front of the unit was cordoned off so we had to negotiate with the people next door to adjust the cars for who was leaving earlier the next day. Give this place a wide berth if you are looking to take the family to Tauranga.

my mom loved that they had 3 single beds upstairs for my little sisters and the king bed for them separate space. was very comfortable especially the glass of milk so cute

the rooms were nice and comfy I love that the family houses had bath tubs. It was really quiet and early check in too as we arrived about 1 something. Staff were helpful and kind
