the location is really good is located down town, but, is not the most safe place of Armenia, it’s located on a pedestrian street, so just for you to have in mind

San Jeronimo Hotel is the cleanest hotel I´ve been to. If nor for the window (which opens to an inside room of the building), it was a perfect place to stay in Armenia, Colômbia.

Breakfast was fine and location good.

The door to the toilet needs oiling as it makes a loud noise when you open it in the night and wakes up your partner. The cover on the bed was uncomfortably heavy. Something warm but light required.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

There are no stairs or Aircon. No hand towels or towels to stand on when getting out of the shower. The toilet also did not flush properly. Parking a long way away

We stayed here after a very long bus journey and as a stop over to Salento. The room was exceptionally big and comfortable, and after weeks of backpacking, the bathroom was incredible (the shower and hot, hot water!). The staff were helpful and friendly.

The room has too much “odor eliminator spray” and the fragrance in the room was too strong.

The location is not good, in a very busy street and the room was really noisy with no possibility to open the Windows.

our room was facing a busy shopping street - due to lack of window isolation (it was not even possible to close the window tightly) you could hear loud music and people talking/yelling during daytime / afternoon

breakfast was excellent and the staff were able to accomodate for my egg intolerance by providing me with other options. central location right in town was excellent comfortable bed and hot shower

the doorbell when other guests needed to enter was too loud and could be heard in my room. I understand the need for the bell due to the location of the hotel on the Main Street and the front door needing to be locked for security at all times, but I feel like the bell chime could have been lowered in the evening so the whole hotel wasn’t disturbed. this is not the hotels fault, but there was construction next door that started before 7am every day - even Sunday!
