The included service was outstanding for that price class! Stuff was very attentive, alert, helpful and naturally friendly. I have been to 5 star hotels that could send their managers here to learn from them.
The quality of breakfast is something that I could criticize, but I got used to it in Brasil. It seems to be everywhere the same. Poor coffee, cheese is not from this planet, too many sweet dishes and little healthy food. But as mentioned, havent experienced a better breakfast anywhere yet, like in europe. In comparison with all the other hotels I had breakfast in Brasil its one of the better ones.
