Bellissima struttura, nuova e moderna.
Ti senti come a casa. Camera grande e pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort (bollitore, frigo con acqua gratuita, the, tisane e macchinetta del caffè in camera.
Asciugamani e ciabattine per tutti, anche per il mio bimbo di 6 anni, che ha molto apprezzato!
Colazione ricca, con uova e bacon cucinate al momento.
Struttura perfetta, ci tornerei oggi stesso.
Consiglierei solo un set da bagno più completo con shampoo, conditioner e shower gel distinti.
Molto apprezzabile l'idea ECO del dispenser di sapone in doccia e al lavabo, ma visto la disponibilità di servizi che offre l'hotel, offrirei anche questa idea soprattutto per noi donne!

Struttura veramente bella e moderna, colazione ottima e personale cordiale. Check-in on Line comodo e codice al posto di chiavi o tessere. Wi-fi così così… ma in vacanza va più che bene. Dieci minuti a piedi dal lago… torneremo.

Everything, We was made very welcome by Valentino and her staff, we had fresh scrambled eggs made for us every morning, pool area & rooms are spacious and we used the washing machine in basement it’s located in a quiet residential area has free parking too it’s about 15min safe walk to the centre of town to all the restaurants & bars we loved it

- Breakfast...continental plus cooked eggs!
- Terrace, pool, jacuzzi, beautiful landscaping
- And the staff is awesome!!! A joyous 2 day stay!!!

Nice location, close to the centre, parking place, good breakfast, perfect WIFI. Absolutely friendly stuff, thanks to Valentina for helping with everything. Love this place, highly recommended.

Comfortable, modern and extremely clean with great breakfast. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Very friendly staff who speak great English. Less than a 10 min walk from the lake and a 20 min walk from the station. We only stayed for 1 night but would have liked to have stayed a lot longer.

I share the sentiment of another reviewer: it's a luxury hotel with the privacy of an apartment. We were coming with a toddler and everything was set up nicely. Breakfast is in-room and has endless options. Bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Remote check-in also worked flawlessly and in the common area you can also grab a cup of coffee or fill up your drink (carbonated/still). All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely return whenever we are in Desenzano.
I had to briefly work during my stay but for some reasons the WiFi wouldn't connect to my laptop. The pop-up login page would just continuously loading. I think having the option to have a LAN cable would be great.

First and foremost, the place is beautifully designed and very clean. Moreover, the staff is welcoming and wholesome, best service weve ever got. The breakfast is delicious and healthy and the rooms are magnificant. The place is very comfortable. About 10 - 15 mins from whatever you may want.

Very private, super modern appartements with the luxury of a hotel (cleaning, breakfast, minibar etc) But the privacy of an Appartement.
Also, really cool that you book your breakfast via an app and you get served everything the next morning. Can choose between breakfast at the pool and the room as well - pretty cool!!
Really nice and modern pool area with whirlpool. Walkable to Garda lake in just 10 mins.
Nicest stuff, we would always come again! 10 out of 10.

Ample breakfasts. Spotlessly clean. Check-in, access to property, villa and room all done electronically via the web. Breakfast ordered electronically so in time of COVID there was absolute limited contact with other persons.
